We had a wonderful experience working with Ms. Bita for our remodel project of our dental office. Her work consisted of coming out to our location, taking measurements and giving us input on how our space could better be improved all while helping keeping in mind our budget. As you know in design, the sky is the limit with costs and she did a very good job of helping us renovate our space with a complete revamp all while maintaining our budget and vision. We let her know what we wanted with this project and she gave us options and guidance based on her experience on how things could be done from lighting, the store front, color scheme to furniture. She is very responsive and came out to visit the space anytime we needed. This is our fourth location and we will be using her for our future projects! Highly recommend ii design, you will not be disappointed:)

Bita Salehi is by far the best interior designer I have ever worked with. She has excellent taste in colors, designs, and creates work atmospheres that are comfortable, functional, and amazingly beautiful. Bita completed four large projects for our offices and we have received hundreds of compliments from our patients regarding her work. Other businesses in our buildings come to our offices just to take pictures and try to replicate what Bita has created for us. She is also very mindful of a project's costs and always stays within the budget. Her fees are quite reasonable and I always feel like I am getting a bargain.
Bita always goes out of her way to make sure her clients are 100% satisfied. She shows up on time and finishes her projects on schedule.

We had an excellent experience working with TJ Installations to service a treadmill. TJ was very responsive to text communications and Shon did a thorough job troubleshooting the treadmill and fixing the problem. For a service call to work on treadmills (and some other electronic devices) TJ Installations has a policy where you pay them in advance for the service call before scheduling. I was a little skeptical at first but I communicated back and forth with TJ several times and then did pay in advance via PayPal. Everything then proceeded in a very professional manner. TJ scheduled an appointment, stayed in touch, Shon arrived well within the appointment time window, and there were no problems. It was a pleasure meeting Shon in person and it’s obvious he has a lot of experience and that he take’s satisfaction in fixing things. If my treadmill needs servicing/repairing again I will definitely get back in touch with TJ Installations. 1/2025

Shon, our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared. He under-promised and overdelivered. He initially thought we would need a new part, but instead spliced a wire, rigged the chair to work, and saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs, all through honest ingenuity and being transparent. We will definitely be calling TJ Installs for our next massage chair issue. Mileage cost for what was a pretty long drive for them was only slightly above the IRS mileage reimbursement rate. (so not a giant profitable markup, which i thought was nice) They are great, dont be concerned about their webpage and its dated nature, the in-person experience, as well as the communication experience with this company was fast, polite and professional. Moral of the story, dont judge this book by its online "cover", they are fantastic, no doubt about it.

From first contact, the staff at TJ Gilmore was great. They walked me through the process of coordinating delivery of necessary parts from the manufacturer of my massage chair and once I receive the parts, they quickly scheduled an appointment to come and install. The repair tech, Shon, arrived on time and efficiently made the repair. He explained The malfunction and How to avoid a repeat of the problem. I highly recommend TJ Installations & Service.

Shon did a great job servicing our massage chair. He was extremely thorough, on time, and very deliberate and diligent in his work. He even wore shoe covers to make sure he didn't bring any dirt in from outside the house. Perhaps most amazingly, he remembered my name the whole time and called me by my name which is something that doesn't happen very often. A true professional and great representative for this sterling company.

Shon is fantastic. He is superbly punctual, efficient and reasonable with the price. Our massage chair stopped working with broken roller mechanism, which is not easy to repair. But Shon fixed it in less than a couple of hours. He shared with us detailed pictures and videos of the repair. Our massage chair is now like new again. In addition to massage chairs it looks like Shon also handles adjustable bed, TV/AV installation, fitness equipment and light plumbing & electrical work. I highly recommend Shon!

TJ and Shon have been excellent to work with. They have been responsive and knowledgeable on the items which needed attention-in this case hydraulic massage tables, pedicure chairs, stylist chairs, and Finnish sauna.

We have big plans and thought it would be best to go with one team that could be with us from the planning to design to actual work, all in stages over the next few years. We've just finished our second project with Mason and all from Sino American and I HIGHLY recommend it.

I think the biggest thing I can say as to why I suggest you contact Sino American ... we had one bathroom upstairs and worked with Mason to turn it into 2. This was going to be a month and half project with people coming in and out of our house almost every day, leaving only a 3/4 bath in the basement for us to use and almost half the house unusable.... and I was 7 months pregnant with a 1.5 year old. I was DREADING it but I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. Yes, the walking up and down stairs to the basement bathroom was annoying but everything else was so much less of an inconvenience than I thought. The guys were polite, respectful and cleaned up each day. They even let my toddler pretend to help them with his fake drill and screwdriver. It wasn't nearly as noisy or intrusive as I expected and it all turned out amazing!

We love our new bathroom remodels and can't wait to move on the phase three of the project with Mason!
