Mason has done several projects for us over the years. We are very impressed with his vast knowledge, patience in explaining every option, and masterful completion of the project.

Mason was fantastic about keeping us up to date and walking us through any issues that were discovered during the process. I also loved they the crew stayed to complete the job and didn't work just a few days then come back a few days later, like many other contractors I have worked with. Everything looks great and I would definitely hire again for other projects I have around my house.

We've hired Mason and his team for two separate projects, both bathroom renovations. They did a fantastic job doing all of the following:

- demoing everything
- replacing drain lines
- reframing
- new insulation
- adding a window / outside framing
- adding a sun tunnel
- custom niche construction out of marble
- tile work (shower flower & walls, tub wall, main floor)
- new electrical / fans
- new component installation
- painting

The only problems I had were with the suppliers (which is on me -- we picked out all our interiors ourselves). If I had it to do over again, I would make sure every piece of tile was in my house before the job starts. I would not accept tracking numbers or even a phone call assurance that the pieces have arrived. But once we had everything, it went flawlessly.

This is my third extensive project with Sino American and Mason. As always he and his crew went above and beyond to do amazing quality work and get it done on time. We needed to coordinate with a lot of different trades from carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and tile. Working with Mason made this part of the process easy and stress free. The fact that the guys and Mason have been working together for so long shows...problems are anticipated, communicated, and addressed quickly (which is not par for the course with other contractors I've worked with). Everyone showed up on time and did their jobs great. The painting made the house look new. The bathrooms could be in a magazine and the small touches I didn't even think about, like light switch placement, has really left a great impression. I've come back and used Sino American again with great results because Mason listens and gives me great options to accomplish my goals. All the guys do great work and work as a team. What they say they'll do gets done and within the budget. Can't recommend them enough.

We worked with Mason and his team at Sino-American to remove our existing chain link fence and broken iron gate and replace with a new wooden fence and custom built gate for our DC rowhouse. We coordinated with our next door neighbor who was getting the same work done and had worked with Mason before and they built both our fences and gates in the same day. Mason was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process and produced top notch work that we are very happy with.

Our project was unique and complicated given several obstacles including our existing ground level deck, our neighbor's property sitting a few feet higher than ours and a huge tree on the property line that posed some design challenges. Ultimately, Mason and his team came up with a great design that accomplished all of our objectives and looks great. We would recommend Sino-American to our friends and are already discussing future projects with them.

Mason and his team did an excellent job of building my garage from the ground up. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, craftsmanship, and quality.

We had several projects for our house and we wanted to get an estimate for the whole work. Mason from Sino-American General Contracting came over to give an estimate and he was really great and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and explained the whole renovation process to us. His crew was also a team of professionals who never left a mess after them. It was a pleasure to work with them and I definitely recommend this company.

with Sino-America General Contracting was excellent from start to finish. Our project was a complete redo of the basement - we had demo'd floors, walls, and ceiling ourselves, and hired Mason and his team to help install a custom bathroom under the stairs complete with custom shower pan, under floor heating, and tiled walls. We also had them build a small mechanical room, install insulation, redo flooring, redo drywalls, build a drywall frame around the HVAC, install new vents and ducts, and install recessed lighting. They also built a bannister for the stairs leading to the basement and installed a matching railing and bannister for the upstairs. Finally the installed new doors for the upstairs and downstairs, and moved the downstairs door to the right a few inches in order to accommodate our design. This necessitated external brickwork and they were able to match the 70 year old brick extremely well. From the initial meeting Mason was responsive and professional as we went back and forth on the design of the bathroom. The designer (whose name I sadly can't remember) did a fantastic job with clever use of space and a keen understanding of how the design will translate into real life. Experienced in AutoCAD - they provided clear and very accurate 2D renderings and beautiful 3D renderings of the finished design, including 3D renderings of the style of sinks, toilet, lights, and mirrors we wanted. The contract was well presented and explained with the scope of the project clearly identified. At no point was anything unclear. He worked with a punch list with holdback until the punch list completed. Communication of contractor's needs and schedules were well coordinated with mine so there were no surprise missed days. Worked weekends to help expedite project completion. Any issues or concerns that we had during construction were explained or addressed right away. There was an accidental error during installation of the under floor heating and Mason and his team addressed it which required removing tile, reinstalling the heating system, testing, and replacing tile. They built a good relationship of trust with excellent communication throughout The quality of the work is excellent and stands up to close scrutiny. Smooth, crisp, and even drywall and corners, including on strange angles and niches. Beautiful, uniform color application Beautiful tiling and corners. The attention to detail was also very good. As an example we turned the remaining space under the stairs into a kitty-litter area including custom trapezoidal door and externally vented bathroom fan. Despite it being in a low-traffic area, all the work in that miniature room was of the same quality - crisp corners, well-joined shoe-moulding, and nicely painted edges. I recommend Sino-American Construction without hesitation.

Mason, the contractor knows all the trades and has assembled an excellent team of technicians. He was really on top of things and guided us through a difficult and complex multi-trade project. The added complexity was that he was finishing a project started by an incompetent contractor. So we had to work with some of their technicians who had already started the project. He did an excellent job of coordinating all the activities; giving us excellent advice; taking us through the time consuming process of choosing providers etc.etc. All the time, he was respectful, friendly and quite humble for someone with such talent.
We even recommended him to our family members who were very satisfied.

My wife and I used Sino-American GC for two major renovation projects at our house: (1) remodeling our attic, including the construction of a new interior bathroom; and (2) replacement of an open deck with a screened in porch. Both experiences were great, and the work was outstanding. Mason and his crews were responsive and detail-oriented, and actively worked with us on design choices. Everything about this company was better than wonderful. Our project included carpentry, plumbing, wallpaper removal, painting and a bathroom remodel. Meticulous work and attention to detail. Victor and his team were great, and would highly recommend them! There was a clear timeline and budget for the project that Unlimited Home Services kept to, easy communication throughout, and they were really nice to work with. They did a particularly fantastic job with the bathroom—it was a total gut job and it came out beautifully. Victor was really creative in coming up with a design for a small space, and executed very well, even adding extra storage space that was not envisioned at the beginning of the project. It feels like a new space entirely in the best possible way!

Victor and team are total pros who go above and beyond. They helped us reconfigure the layout of our house in 6 weeks before we moved in to put an au pair suite in the basement and divide a room in two, to add a dedicated playroom. They worked quickly, were thorough, and did a high quality job. In particular, they do amazing work with custom features like built-ins!
