We have used United Service Specialists for several years now on recommendation of a friend. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. Importantly, they have also kept our old systems working well and have been able to resolve the two issues that have come up.

Manuel presented a nice, professional appearance and conducted himself accordingly. He addressed my questions forthrightly and to my satisfaction. He is definitely an asset to your company.

A friend referred me to United Service Specialists when our AC broke unexpectedly on a 98 degree day when we were hosting a large party. The dispatcher was super friendly and she assured me that they would be able to schedule a technician to come out same day and fix my AC in no time. That’s exactly what happened — Carlos came to my home and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and saved the day!! He was extremely professional and provided excellent service. I will absolutely use USS again for routine service so hopefully I can prevent further issues!

Our extremely old hot water heater finally began leaking one night (why is it always at night?) and after a recommendation from our neighbor who also used United for their hot water heater, we called the next morning. Their customer service was top notch: they fit us in for a service call, and the plumber who responded, Marvin, agreed that the unit was far too old to repair (25+ years - it did its job well). He gave us an estimate for replacement, explained the hookup we had that required a specific type of heater, and ordered the unit. His explanation was detailed and specific, and the installation happened the next day. It took only a few hours, and the work is superb: new unit, new pipes around it, a new on/off switch for the water going into the heater, and another detailed, careful explanation of how to care for the new heater, plus instructions on draining it, and reading the different sensors on the side. He also installed a pan below so that if there is another leak it won't reach our carpeting. I highly and enthusiastically recommend United Service Specialists for hot water heater replacement and am relieved to have found a reliable and excellent plumbing company.

Our AC broke on a Monday morning and I called United Service Specialists first thing. I spoke with Marisha who was very professional, helpful, and sympathetic to our plight. She got us on the schedule for that afternoon. Our technician, Derek, was prompt, knowledgeable, and also professional, assessing the issue quickly. A part needed to be ordered and, again, Marisha was very helpful in letting me know the status and scheduling us for service when it arrived. Derek returned and installed the part efficiently and quickly. We have AC! YAY! This is the second time that we’ve asked for help from USS — we lost heat about four or so years ago — and, once again, they came to our rescue immediately. Many thanks to all and I highly recommend them!

This is a great company! Brendan came out after 8PM and had are old system running smoothly in no time! They also have a great deal on after hours service which is only $65 to trouble shoot! Love United Service.

Great customer service and also very kind which is important, because people get stressed when there is water in the house where there should be no water, very responsive and knowledgeable, and setting up and confirming the appointment was perfect. Things just flow in a very organized way. The technician Marvin is like a scientist as far as expertise goes, it is clear he knows his stuff but he explained things to me so that I could understand the issue and what to expect for the repair. Around 30 minutes before he arrived I got a text that allowed me to track the service van. I really appreciated that. Our neighbors only use this company so we felt good but now after seeing how they work this is the only place we will use from now on. Prices also very reasonable and the charges make sense. Marvin really knows his stuff and was patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend.

The technical specialist, Carlos, is highly knowledgeable about the custom-made HVAC setup in our condo building. He was able to fashion the necessary repairs to suit the very particular requirements of the system. Moreover, he explained the multi-step process as he proceeded.

We needed a really honest opinion as to what was going on with our A/C. USS was our third call. They came over immediately, spent the time and did the diagnostic testing to pinpoint the issue. Same day service, replaced entire unit unplanned!
