USS was exceptional. My HVAC heater broke down and they came the following day. Brian was very thorough and actually had to come two days as the required parts were not in stock. He did not leave until everything was tested carefully.
A shoutout to Erin as well as she was very friendly and made sure things were done before the onset of the winter storm.

United Service Specialist were wonderful. It started with Customer Service then the estimator, Matt who spent time explaining what they could do to rectify a problem with condensation. The Customer Service team kept in contact with me to set up appointments with the technicians. Mike and AJ were the technicians who responded to replace the duct work. They were extremely professional and provided some additional advice on ways to solve the issue. I would highly recommend United Service Specialists.

Technician arrived as scheduled and completed service in reasonable time. He suggested a place for detector and installed.

Have had USS staff in for furnace issues for years, and EVERY time was very happy with the professional service and engaging personnel. Shout out to Erin who handles all phone inquiries and scheduling issues with great effectiveness and personality!

Used them for my own residence. Amazing service! I called them at 8am and they were able to make it as soon as 1-1:30pm. I received a text with an adorable, short biography of my technician, Carlos, who was incredible.
The main purpose of the text was to let me know that Carlos was on the way, even giving me a link to a map that showed me his GPS location, but I absolutely loved the introduction! Just as the text stated, Carlos was great at what he did and really seemed to know what he was talking about. He was able to identify the problem and fix it in minutes, provide suggestions as to where I was losing efficiency AND scheduled an estimate to replace an 18 year old system (which I knew would be a possibility anyways). I was told that the estimate would tailor to my home's specific needs and the estimator would ask questions about my experience in the house to achieve that. I have no doubts :)
All in all, a great experience for a first time customer. I hope to continue using them not only for that house, but the flower shop too.

Sam was great. He knew what he was doing and explained all details to me. He was very professional and patient with my questions. He repaired my boiler and was thorough when he finished to make sure everything was working properly. Erin is dynamic on phones. Matt gave me a reasonable price. I have had experience with many HVAC companies and USS stands out for their professionalism and competency. I plan to use them for all future HVAC needs.

Just stay away from these folks. I had my condo inspected before buying and the inspector found an issue with the water splitting between the tub spout and showerhead. United Service Specialists sent a plumber who replaced the faucet. I didn't use the shower until after the replacement, at which point I noticed water was spraying out from the new faucet into my bathroom. There was enough water to warp the bottom of my bathroom vanity. I sent photos and they came out the next day and found the faucet they installed was defective so replaced it for no charge. I got an estimate for replacing the damaged vanity but, rather than paying for the damage, they insisted on fixing it. The plumber came back a few weeks later and simply glued a piece of wood over the damage and began insisting the damage wasn't because of the broken faucet, but couldn't identify another potential source of a leak. Since the refused to pay for the damage, I filed a complaint with the DC AG's office but they were unresponsive to the mediator assigned to the complaint.

Highly recommended. Great experience with management, admin, and the installation. We wanted to completely switch our water heater and HVAC from gas to heat pump, and we have an old and tiny house, so it was complicated. Matt, the manager, was extremely knowledgable and willing to answer our many questions. Our old water heater was not functioning and the water heater we wanted took a while to come from the supplier, but Matt offered to install a temporary electric water heater while we waited without us even asking. The guys that did the installation were also great, efficient, and showed up on time. Finally, the customer service has been excellent from the office- no problems making appointments and getting guidance with billing and rebates.

I use United Service Technicians for all my heating and air conditioning needs. Carlos did my winter check and discovered a part needed to be replaced to make the heating system work more efficiently. He returned today to add the new part and despite it being in the low 30's, it's warm and toasty inside my old non-insulated house. He's very thorough and knowledgeable and took great care with my house.I highly recommend Carlos and United Service Specialists.

Great experience with USS and their tech, Dennis Castro, today. At a neighbor’s recommendation, we signed up for a service plan and today (during the first heatwave of the summer) was our initial cooling season systems inspection and preventative maintenance. Dennis was thorough and explained everything very well. I appreciate that the invoice and post-visit report include pictures and notes from everything he saw. We also received a discount on the minor part replacement that we needed (wasn’t urgent but instrument readings showed that the part was failing). Dennis had the replacement part on his truck so it was great to get that totally taken care of today in the same appointment. We’ll be recommending USS to all our other neighbors in the building! Our AC died in the middle of a 95° Atlanta afternoon, and this company was the only one that could come out the same day. The technician was super professional, diagnosed the issue fast, and had the new part installed within an hour. Cold air was blowing again before dinner. Absolute lifesavers!

I've used United Service Specialists twice now for water heater and plumbing issues. The service has always been courteous, prompt, and extremely professional. For my recent visit, Damon explained in detail what needed to be done and why it was needed, the cost of each replacement item that I needed, and the time it would take. He was patient and answered every question. The work was done quickly (under the estimated time) and they ensured that my water was running correctly. I also appreciate their online tracker which helped me to see in real time the time of their arrival. Above and beyond!

My furnace and my thermostat stopped working together and United Service Specialists responded immediately to my call. The technician was in my home that day and I have heat again when he left! All the work was explained to me, the new parts reviewed, and it was all photo documented. Future maintenance items were mentioned and recommended service call was explained in detail. Highly recommended. I am a repeat customer.
