Manny was right on time, had his mask, shoe coverings everything. Took time to explain what the problem was and was able to fix it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use him again!

This is a good company to work with. The technician come out on time, fixed our heat pump system in 1 hour where some other contractor told me to replace the system. This is an honest firm which is hard to find in the HVAC industry. I strongly recommend them.

Lifesaver! Woke up to no heat with the outside temp in the low 20’s. Appointment was faster than expected and he was right at the start of the window of time expected. Very nice, professional young man and he replaced the broken part and I had heat within an hour. Cost was better than expected, very reasonable. Will definitely use this company for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Started work at 9 am and a/c was running by noon. Clean and neat work. Manny is honest and gave me great HVAC advice. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. So grateful!

My interaction with the technician was less than satisfactory. Without consulting us about proceeding to the next step, he diagnosed the issue and proceeded to fix it, then charging us without prior agreement. When we confronted him about this, he was quite defensive. Eventually, we settled on paying him a little less than his initial price. However, the fact he didn't discuss that with us at all, we will never to engage with this company again or recommend it to others.

Manny Lopez has helped us out many times - but, this last time was over the top! Our furnace (which is only 2 years old) would not fire up, the technician said 2 days to get to us, but, when we called Manny he was there within the hour, and 15 minutes later we had heat. FIVE WOWS !

I'm glad someone recommended me this company. I thought I had to replace my old HVAC unit as it was suggested by another contractor company a couple of years ago but Manny from HVAC Certified LLC came and did a thorough inspection. Then, he replaced a part within the fan unit that was damaged (I cannot recall the name of the part he replaced) and my AC unit was working great afterward. He told me that my unit was in good condition and didn't need replacement as it was previously suggested by a different contractor. I'm super happy with his service and I totally recommend this company!

Recently our family arrived from a family trip just to find our basement floor completely wet. Turned out our water heater was leaking. We immediately contacted Mr. Manny for guidance and services. With his guidance we managed to shut off the water valves for the night and then next day, bright and early Mr. Manny showed up to save the day. In a couple of hours he was able to remove the old water heater, replace it with a new one and changed any eroded pipes. I have worked with Manny for several years when I worked for a home renovations contractor. He has a lot of experience and knowledge in this field & he always makes the time. I can count several summer days when the AC went out on a few rentals even my own condo and he made it a priority to get them up and running. There is a reason I have kept his number after so many years. Highly recommend.

I've been having a rough few months and Manny really helped take the sting out of life a little through his friendliness and willingness to help, he was also really comfortable with working in my house with my 60lbs pitty roaming around. I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Manny this month when my entire HVAC system decided to quit a month after moving into my new home, in the middle of that crazy heat wave that hit the DC area in July 2022. Manny is very friendly, courteous and professional. He came out on short notice and performed a very thorough assessment of my issue and provided me very reasonable and realistic solutions, recommendations and prices. My home warranty company (the one with Shield in it's name) left me high and dry-- and so after careful consideration I hired Manny to perform my HVAC replacement. I needed a new AC unit and Furnace, and he recommended Goodman products to me as they're the workhorse brand of the industry and known to be the most reliable without all the bells and whistles of other more expensive brands.

I can attest to everyone else's experiences shared here that not only does Manny do the job, but he went the extra mile and "tuned up" my ductwork by patching gaps and reattaching loosely affixed ducting--things that he really didn't have to do but did anyway because that's just his character. I would absolutely recommend and use him again should I ever need his services again. Again, thank you Manny.

They came out for a service call to replace a faulty capacitor on my condenser unit and wanted to replace it with an incorrectly rated part, then argued that it was "within 6%" which it wasn't. When he left, he reconnected the faulty capacitor with the wires in the wrong configuration.
