Manny did truly exemplary work. Punctual, respectful, great communication, fair and transparent pricing. He even fixed the closet door to the boiler closet, which was already broken from the previous owner, without us even asking him to do that or charging us any additional fee. I recommend him enthusiastically and without any reservations.

Got the job done, even with several obstacles. He also charged a very fair price.

I am so thankful for Manny. He really saved me when I discovered my AC wasn't starting on one of the first hot, hot days of the season. He answered my initial phone call right away and was able to get to my house the same day and fix the problem. His communication was excellent throughout the day. I will absolutely keep his business's number in my phone!

Manny was amazing! Was not happy unless everything was fixed to our liking went out of his way to get our AC fixed because we have an 11 month old at home. Highly recommend them! A company that’s actually about the customer satisfaction more than it’s profits! Came out figured out the problem really fast, then uncovered more issues after fixing the first one. But never complain and was the most professional worker I’ve ever met! Got our system thawed out and working better than before!

Learn from my mistake and go with Manny at Reliable HVAC! I got yanked around by two big companies for over a week while I had no AC during a heat wave. Manny immediately came over, was very very nice, and had an estimate for next-day work at a price below what the big companies offered. Those big companies are half scams, just taking advantage of people in an industry where there's not much repeat business. This is an honest businessman. Next time I will call Reliable first!

Manny was able to make it out super quick and guided me to through the repair options on my unit. Would highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.

Manny is old school. This time was not very good while he has done good job for me in the past. Maybe his firm is getting too busy. He did not really take the time to find out the problem (like getting a sniffer to find out where the leak is even after I ask him to do so) and start to make recommendations on expensive replacement options. Always get a second opinions when they told you replacing things... Just wasted few hundred dollars for nothing.

Highly recommended! Manny came the same day we called and was able to check our AC system, give recommendations for better usage to lengthen it's life, and fix our cooling problem. All in two hours. He was really friendly with our toddler and efficient.

Hi, I called reliable hvac llc and got a hold of someone right away, they came out the same day I called between the times they told me they would arrive. He was very professional, figured out the problem with my heat. fixed it and now I have heat just when it was getting cold. I would definitely use them again. I will be calling them shortly to do other job for me
