This was my first experience with USS and it was very positive. Dennis C. came to do our annual air conditioner inspection. He was courteous and professional and gave extra tips on how I can maintain the system. Dennis even threw in a small unrelated maintenance task without charge. Reasonable rates and top shelf customer service--I could not ask for more.

Carlos, the technician who came to our house, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and had us up and running very quickly.

These guys serviced my HVAC systems for years and they are very knowledgeable, honest and professional. You can't ask for anything more than that.

Manny was quick to respond to my inquiry for annual service and made time to meet me the following day. He arrived early and cleaned the condenser outside before doing an interior inspection and tests. During testing, he found that the refrigerant was very low and that ice was blocking the heat exchanger. He adjusted his schedule to come back again the same day after allowing the ice to melt and helped me clean up the mess. After this he was able to recharge the system and got everything working smoothly. If I had not called him for preventative maintenance when I did, the damage could have been much worse.
