These guys built my office space out for me and did a great job. Very professional, on time and very attentive to detail. I'm a dentist and the build-out involved so much more than just putting up walls. I would highly recommend them.

Their employee driving their truck on i-270 flew by me so fast that my car shook when I was already doing 75. They are cutting in and out of traffic and driving recklessly. I hope the commercial insurance rates go up with drivers like this that seem to be an ongoing issue

The drivers love driving through DC traffic dangerously and then making rude gestures at other drivers. If they're that dangerous and unprofessional doing a simple task like driving, lord knows how they'd treat a construction project.

They're giving me a chance to become a productive member of society. And enhance my skills in the construction trade.

Plano-Coudon construction is a quiet and clean place though security wise, it ought to be beefed.

We have worked as a plumbing contractor for Plano Coudon on two projects and our experience has been that time and time again they will deliver projects on time. They are professional and stay on top of things whether it's safety, RFIs and/or change orders.

They are literally the best. They renovated our bathroom and it is breathtaking...so professional, easy to work with, and timely from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better process and experience.

Hiring the right Company for upscale design build remodeling projects such as major renovations and additions can be worrisome. I highly recommend Cossentino & Sons for peace of mind. I witnessed the complete transformation of a 1960 's rancher to a modern and updated home with exquisite design detail.
Not only was the project breathtaking but there was a new ease of function and flow to the once cramped and compartmentalized rancher. You basically get one chance to pick the right contractor for your major project. Don't make it in to a nightmare by basing your decision on the lowest bid.

My mom is renovating her kitchen. Dan was great at patiently helping her pick everything out at his lovely showroom.

I really enjoyed working with Dan. He was truly down to earth and realistic. I love the design, personalization, flexibility and work that was done. My only point of contention was the appliance install. It didn't go as I expected. However; the company stuck by my side until I was satisfied.

Dan ( the owner of AKC) was very involved with the project. He has excellent ideas about designs and assisted us throughout the process, cutting costs to keep us close to our budget. The end result is a beautiful kitchen. I wish I could share the picture.....

We love our new kitchen by American Kitchen Concepts. We chose them after many estimates and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality contractor for a kitchen remodel.

Dan the owener is a sweet kind helpful man! He really cares about his clients. I love my new kitchen!! Its beautiful. His workers are honest and clean and efficient!! They helped with things I didnt know I even wanted!!! Today many months later Dean himself came and put in a different door to help me be able to use it free of charge because the one we put in at the date of project was hard to use for my hands. I have arthritis. He has been very careing and attentive with me. I really cant say enough about him and his company. Maryland has some super aweful companies out there of which we have experienced and this one is not one of them!! They are awesome and worth the money!!!! Thank you Dan with all my heart!!

Dan was great to work with when we were looking at estimates for a kitchen redesign for our house. He came to the site, took measurements, and created two beautiful and detailed designs for our kitchen that I couldn't have dreamed up myself. Then, he went through the endless options and helped us try and shape the estimate for what we wanted.

He has a crew he uses to subcontract the work from various places. He has several different setups in his showroom and can show you how things will look together. Example: He had green subway tile and the white cabinet sample that I could physically match up to the different types of countertops and see how it all looked.

In terms of cost (the thing most people really want to know) the price for a brand new kitchen was about $36,000, which included labor, fixtures, cabinets ($9000), flooring, hardware, countertops ($2800) running a gas line, recessed lighting, a backsplash, appliances, and painting.

While we ultimately couldn't afford the kitchen cost (the 4 out of 5 is for pricing), I found working with him extremely easy and would recommend Dan to anyone who is looking for a full remodel.

Three years ago in November 2013, Dan Millard and his company entered our lives and ultimately created a kitchen and sun room combination so amazing that we are still receiving compliments on its beauty and usefulness. From demolishing the former kitchen, moving a window, removing a sliding glass door, and adding heating ducts under the floor of the sun room, the project was completed in a little over a month. They created a laundry closet in one corner of the sun room and moved our washer and dryer up from the basement. We appreciated that the workers were in our home every weekday for at least 8 hours, and our questions were answered immediately. They even helped us set up a temporary kitchen in the adjoining dining room, so I could cook with a microwave and an electric skillet. I am very pleased with my beautiful new kitchen, powder room, and family room that was recently made possible by American Kitchen Concepts, Inc. From start to finish, these gentlemen started early each day as they had promised and worked straight through until early afternoon. I had a friend who had shown me her new kitchen that this company had put in about a year ago and I heard nothing but praise for the workmanship, timeliness, and professional approach to every aspect of the project. I was sold! I found this to be true and would hire them again for any future updates that I plan.

This is an update to my previous review. I had felt something was unfinished and as soon as I posted my review, Dan contacted me and my husband, and was at our house within days to resolve the issue. I am very happy with the solution. It looks great!
Dan and his crew are very professional and courteous. They gutted a dirty old kitchen and turned it into a bright refreshing space for our family. Overall, I'm happy with the way our kitchen turned out. It looks great and is very functional.

Dan at American Kitchen Concepts worked with us to design our new kitchen, including custom built cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. The workmanship was outstanding and we have been enjoying it for two years now. We liked the quality of the work so much, last year we had AKC completely remodel our master bath with a glass walk-in tile shower, custom vanity and top, and recessed lighting. We were again impressed with the quality of the work, and AKC crew were so friendly, conscientious, and even took care of our dogs when we were out! We love our new kitchen and master bath and would highly recommend American Kitchen Concepts to anyone.
