I love this company! The owner & his wife are just amazing! They are very helpful & they don't push things on you. Louis is 1 of the plumbers & he knows what he is doing for sure. He also doesn't push things you don't need! I love Stang because it's a family business & they aren't like other companies. They are quick to fix the problem unlike other companies want to get that hourly.
Great prices, Great service & most of all they treat you like family!!

During a recent major snowstorm, my water heater failed due to a blocked roof vent. I discussed my problem with Dawn of Stang Plumbing and John and Rob arrived the very next day to analyze / troubleshoot the problem. As a result, they formulated a plan to identify / remediate the problem. I’ve used their plumbing services many times in the past and I’ve always been very satisfied. They are all extremely friendly and very competent professionals. I would highly recommend to my family and friends!

Asked for a diagnostic. Was charged 50 bucks just to have them tell me they need to come out with someone with a longer ladder.

The are efficient and professional. Probably not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The work gets done right the first time.

Called them to diagnose a water leak issue,their technician came ,looked at the flooded floor said he needed a vacuum or pump to dry the water,called his office and then told me the office doesnt authorize him to diagnose ,told me to call servpro and left.They still charged me $49 diagnose fee even thou they did nothing!!!very unprofessional ,avoid if you care about your time and money.

Never use this plumber!!!! They have bad customer service, will break more then they fix, and never show up when scheduled, or cancel at the last minute. I needed a leaking shower fixed after three visits and two tech no shows, and breaking the handle the leak is not fixed!!!! Do not use them!!!

What does anyone look for in a plumber? Friendly service from a professional who shows up on time, respects your family and home, and knows what s/he is doing. John is an A+ because he delivered on all categories. Thank you, John!

Disappointed my water heater not installed yet. Hopefully they’ll have it installed sooner than later to satisfy me or thinks could get ugly. Fingers crossed 🤞 if things get fixed by the end of today I’ll remove this complaint.

Lousy service and diagnostic. The ticket was open for Sump Pump. The tech. never looked for Sump Pump instead diagnosed the ejector pump. Once their office was contact I was told the tech has left the site and requires another service call (another charge) to come back.
Stay away from these guys..
