Awesome experience, everything fixed fast. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. My AC’s been running perfectly ever since and they also helped with a plumbing issue. Definitely my go-to company from now on for HVAC and plumbing work.

We first contacted Perfectum Plumbing in 2018 based on a neighbor’s strong recommendation. At that time the owner, Vadim, installed a new water heater and hardware to ensure compliance with new Montgomery County regulations, a chimney liner, modified our sump pump to include a backup pump and power, and a valve to ensure our water for landscaping doesn’t mix with water for the house. He also replaced a drainpipe from our laundry room sink that had closed due to calcium deposits over the years. Most recently, he replaced toilet gaskets, shut off valves, and cleared hard deposits in a pipe from our kitchen sink.
Vadim is dependable and responds immediately to requests for help. Work is completed quickly, in a professional manner at a reasonable cost. I have never needed to clean up a mess after work was completed. Vadim is very polite and interacting with him is easy – we have never had a misunderstanding or disagreement over his work.
Based on my experience with Perfectum Plumbing over the past seven years, I recommend the company without reservation. We have sufficient confidence in the company that we are planning several non-plumbing projects with Perfectum.

I've been using Perfectum Construction and plumbing for many years for a variety of different tasks. They pulled a permit and installed my gas water heater, It passed inspection the next day. The water heater was installed with a tank booster so now it produces a lot more hot water, so three of us can shower in a row without any problems. One time they solved a complicated problem with a Luke warm water all over the house. The water would come out hot out of the water heater but barely warm from most of the faucets. The team from Perfectum did multiple tests and figure it out that the water in one of the shower faucets mixed improperly and cold water would enter the hot water side and make it barely warm. Nobody could solve the problem but they figured it out, Thank you team of Perfectum!! Throughout these years they've replaced main water shut off valve, pressure reducing valve, shower faucet, a wall oven and whole bunch of other small things as well.

I live in a 1970s home and recently experienced a significant leak in a copper water line located in a tight ceiling space above the water heater. I contacted Perfectum, and Vadim responded promptly and offered a very reasonable price.
Upon arrival the next day, he removed the water heater to properly access the area and discovered there were actually two leaks instead of one. He replaced a complex section of copper piping with multiple turns, completing the repair efficiently and without any additional charges.
The workmanship was exceptional — clean, precise, and professionally executed. The entire repair was completed in approximately 1.5 hours.
Perfectum truly delivers five-star service, and I highly recommend them for any household plumbing needs.

Vadim and Peter arrived the next morning right on time and quickly diagnosed a leak caused by a frozen and ruptured pipe connected to the outdoor hose bib. Fortunately, I was able to shut off the main water in time, which helped prevent further damage.
Vadim explained that the issue occurred because there was no interior shut-off valve to properly winterize the outdoor line. The team installed a specialty shut-off valve with a drain to allow the pipe to be emptied before winter, along with a clean, removable access panel that blends nicely with the ceiling. Vadim also provided helpful advice on how to properly dry the wall before repairs.
Their work was efficient and professional, they helped prevent future flooding issues, and they left the area spotless with no debris behind. Highly recommend Perfectum Construction and Plumbing.

Perfectum replaced a leaking shower faucet that turned out to be more complex because of odd plumbing choices by the original home builder, including a bent pipe and a non-standard elongated shower valve. They identified the issue quickly, corrected it, and used a remodeling plate so the tiling didn’t need to be disturbed. To properly address the valve problem, they installed a small access panel in a guest bedroom that was cleanly done and well finished.

They also replaced a hard to reach pedestal sink faucet and installed a toilet handle at no extra cost. Pricing was more than fair for the complexity of the job, everything was clearly explained, and they cleaned up thoroughly when finished.

When my water heater leaked, I was seeking an independent evaluation, and Vadim diagnosed the issue by clearly explaining to me the problem as well as the solution. He took my call the same day and booked an appointment promptly, delivering professional and transparent service. It was a great, educational, and trustworthy experience.

As a first time user of Perfectum Construction and Plumbing, I have to admit that I’m completely satisfied with their quality work. Not only were they here on time (to the minute), but they were pleasant to deal with. Vadim impressed me with his quick review of the problem garbage disposal unit in our kitchen sink, and had his staff replace it and test it out to my complete satisfaction. Installation was fairly quick, and they removed the old one and left the area spotless when the job was completed. Since pricing was reasonable, while he was here I had him provide an estimate for additional necessary work to the check valve in our fire-sprinkler line. I’ll be using them again for this work in the near future. I highly recommend them.

Perfectum was fantastic to work with to address several plumbing repair/upgrade issues. I agree with other reviews that the team is honest, reliable, and really skilled. They were on time and explained everything clearly. They replaced kitchen and bath trim, leaking valves in kitchen/bath, reset toilet, repaired toilet pump, recaulked bath, etc. I was able to send pictures and they were transparent on cost prior to coming. They also do HVAC installation/replacement so I may look into this in the future based on this experience. They have experience with commercial and residential buildings.

I recently had an issue with my plumbing leaving me without water. I had several estimates and diagnosis that seemed excessive. Vadim at Perfectum was super helpful with my water heater replacement. He was able to come out same-day for a great price and he kindly answered all of my (many) questions about the process and my equipment.

I've been using Perfectum Construction and Plumbing for quite a few years now, In the past they've done services like repaired by HVAC system, water mitigation and flood restoration. A few days ago they changed my water heater with a tank booster, so now my 50 gallon water heater produces 80 gallons of water.
Vadim the owner of the company noticed that I didn't have an internal shut off valve for the outside hose bib valve therefore I cannot properly winterize the pipe that connects to the outside valve. They installed a brand new valve in the ceiling with an access panel so now I can do so.
When the team from Perfectum arrived, I told them that I had low water pressure, Vadim the owner immediately identified the problem and told me that I had a bad pressure reducing valve. The PRV valve was replaced and now I have a great and safe water pressure.
They also replaced 2 under sink valves.
When they took the old toilet off to install a new one and the team realized that the flange was completely broken, they fixed it beautifully and it looked like new. Great Up front pricing.

I have been using Perfectum since 2017, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Vadim’s very first project was replacing a leaking water heater, followed by replacing my HVAC condensation pump and leaky washer hoses.

I called them very urgently when my water heater started leaking and flooding the area — they came the same day, replaced the heater, and installed multiple new valves to make sure everything would work safely and smoothly. I’ve used Perfectum Construction and Plumbing for a wide variety of services since 2019 and have always had an excellent experience.
They installed and relocated my water heater to a more convenient corner of the basement, replaced a bathtub faucet, and upgraded two bathrooms where old, leaky body-jet shower systems were converted into modern single-handle shower controls.
While working on one of the showers, Vadim and Peter noticed unused space behind the wall and suggested building a linen closet. It was a fantastic idea — we now have much-needed storage for towels and bathroom essentials.
Most recently, Peter completely remodeled one of our bathrooms with a new shower and a single-panel fixed glass enclosure. The result is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the bathroom looks modern and high-end.
