I had a great experience with Blue Mountain Plumbing LLC; Brandon picked up the phone (too often you have to leave a voicemail with sometimes a call back you have to filter between scam calls nowadays), provided a quote based on a couple pictures, agreed on a date, came on time and did the job in 1 hour (fixing a shower which couldn’t be turned off anymore), all that at a fair price, invoice received in an email I could pay via my phone, an end-to-end very easy & smooth experience, thx for the work 👍🏼

My kitchen sink was clogged and I called several companies to ask a quote and a service as soon as possible. They couldn't give me a quote unless a technician come to my house to take a look. Then I called Blue Mountain after work hours. Kevin called me back a few minutes later. He gave me a reasonable quote right over the phone, and scheduled me for the 9am next morning. The next day they came on time and did a great job. They even fixed a small issue of my kitchen faucet as a favor. I highly recommend their service and will use them again in the future for any plumbing issue!

Mike finds you a time slot as soon as possible, shows up right on time, does exactly what's needed, sticks to his estimate as close as possible, and is a total pleasure to do business with.

I highly recommend MPM Plumbing/Michael Munson. I called MPM for a shower hot/cold temperature issue I was having, in which Mike gave me an estimate over the phone. Mike repaired my shower issue, and looked into a kitchen sink issue I was having. For the kitchen sink issue, he told me that the Kohler faucet I have is under a lifetime warranty (it came with the house) and that I can contact Kohler for a replacement. Mike could have easily charged me for a new faucet, and I would have easily agreed to it, but he is an honest man whom is looking for the best interest of his clients. His final charge to me was under his initial estimate over the phone. I would use him for any plumbing job I have.

Mike came to our house under very short notice to fix a leaky valve. He was very communicative and punctual, and worked quickly to find the right replacement parts for the job. Fees were extremely reasonable. I would recommend MPM Plumbing for future projects.

Mike responded quickly after I had called several “big name” plumbing companies that never called me back. I had an emergency leak in my basement and needed help immediately. Mike came in and fixed the problem quickly and the price was fair and very reasonable, especially considering that this was an emergency. I would highly recommend him to anyone in MoCo and surrounding area, and I won’t hesitate to call him (and only him) next time I need a plumber.

Mike did a great job on our toilet. There was some moisture that had to dry, and he made time to come back the next day to finish the job. He had to do extra work to get the tile floor level so that the toilet would fit correctly, but the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling MPM with all our plumbing issues!
