We've been using Perfectum since 2022 for a variety of different tasks. First job Vadim the company owner came with a high fever , and fixed leaky pipes in the ceiling. They also changed our water heater, repaired our HVAC system a few times, fixed a frozen pipe to the outside hose valve.
Last job they came out on Saturday evening and did a complex repair on our furnace All for a very reasonable price. Thanks to Vadim we can live through the snow blizzard with 4 degrees temperature nights.

The scope of work was extensive: he cleaned out the drain below the kitchen sink, installed a new garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet, replaced the under-sink water shutoff valves, inspected both the water heater and HVAC system, and winterized the exterior house bib valves.

I’ve used Perfectum Construction & Plumbing at least twice over the past four years, and both experiences were excellent.
The first project was a water heater replacement on the 4th floor of my apartment building. It was a complicated job with difficult access, but the team handled it efficiently and paid great attention to detail.
The second time was an emergency situation when my downstairs neighbor notified me that water was leaking into her ceiling. I called Vadim, and he arrived within two hours. He quickly diagnosed a leaking water supply line and repaired it the same day since he had all the necessary parts in his work van. Water was restored within about an hour, and the price was very reasonable.
Later, Peter returned to repair and paint my neighbor’s ceiling. I really appreciated that one company was able to handle both the plumbing repair and the ceiling restoration, which made the whole situation much easier. They also cleaned everything up thoroughly after the work was completed.

When I contacted Vadim, the owner of Perfectum Construction and Plumbing, for a full roof replacement quote—including gutters and gutter guards—he provided the most competitive price using top-quality materials. The team also replaced rotted roof decking where needed. The entire roof was completed in just two days with great attention to detail. All pipe boots were replaced, the metal roof chimney was painted, and the brick chimney crown was replaced. Overall, I highly recommend Perfectum for the majority of your household needs.

Vhadim came quickly and did a great job installing a new toilet. He was quick, and made sure it was working correctly. He gives a year warranty which is reassuring. He came back for another small job and was able to figure it out after an initial glitch. He was personable and good to work with.

I called Perfectum on Sunday and the company owner, Vadim came the same day, provided a unique solution by removing my old Roman tub faucet and installing a modern shower faucet solution which will be easy to repair in the future. Perfectum construction and Plumbing was very responsive and professional. They solved the complex problem just in a few hours without even breaking the tile. They plugged up the tub with matching color plugs as well. Everything was done at a very reasonable cost. They also serviced our HVAC system. Perfectum construction and plumbing did a fantastic job in my bathroom. They were on time, professional, and explained every step. The work was neat, up to code, and finished without surprises. We have been working with Vadim for well over a decade, and he is truly the person you call when you want the job done right. He is often the one fixing inferior plumbing work that others couldn’t get right the first time. One experience really stands out. After installing a brand-new water heater, Vadim noticed a leak coming from the anode rod on top of the unit — a factory defect. Instead of leaving us without hot water or asking us to wait several days, he immediately took action. It was nearly 9:00 p.m., and he rushed to Home Depot, arriving just a minute before closing. He returned the same evening and completed the repair so we wouldn’t be left stranded.

I first used Perfectum Construction and Plumbing in 2021 and had a great experience. Vadim replaced my water heater, pressure reducing valve, and the main water shut-off valve. He came on short notice (water heaters are always an emergency) and advised me to replace the pressure valve and the main shut-off. His work was very professional. It was clear that he insists on doing things the right way. When he replaced the water heater, he also rearranged the Rube Goldberg water lines that fed our furnace humidifier.

Just a couple of days ago I had Vadim and Peter come back to install a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal with an air-button system. They also fixed a couple of our toilets that were leaking, and capped a gas line that we no longer use since we replaced our gas range with an electric one. They paid attention to the details, and they left the work site clean and neat.

I’ve used Perfectum Construction And Plumbing on multiple occasions in different houses, and they’ve always delivered excellent service.
Last time I had a toilet that was leaking in my crawl space for a while and completely destroyed my subfloor and the floor joists. Since these guys do structural work as well they replaced all of them. They also relocated my HVAC ducts, installed a smaller window and replaced all the bad framing. It was very convenient that I did not have to call a bunch of different companies to do all these jobs. They completely remodeled my bathroom and it was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the results!

I’ve been using Perfectum for quite a few years and have always had a great experience. On one occasion, I couldn’t winterize my back hose bib. When Vadim, the owner, arrived, he quickly realized that the original internal shut-off valve installed by the builder also shut off cold water to my kitchen faucet.
Vadim carefully analyzed the piping and was able to install a dedicated shut-off valve in a very tight ceiling space. Thanks to that solution, I can now properly winterize the back hose bib. Over the years, Perfectum has also fixed multiple pinhole leaks, replaced my toilet, and changed my kitchen faucet.

Over the past five years, the Perfectum team has successfully completed a wide range of projects at my home. Their work included painting the entire house, replacing the roof, and installing a new HVAC system.
They also handled a very complex repair involving a broken sewage line that was pinched between an HVAC duct and a structural support beam, which caused my basement to flood. Perfectum managed the situation professionally at every stage—performing water mitigation, thoroughly drying and disinfecting the area, and completing full flood restoration. This included replacing the entire bamboo basement flooring, repairing damaged drywall, and repainting the space.
The quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout every project have been outstanding.
