I have used Gaithersburg Plumbing personally and recommended them to my real estate clients. They are always professional, reliable, and get the job done right the first time. Pricing is reasonable and clear. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local company that stands by their work.

Gaithersburg Plumbing did a fantastic job for me to repair a water main break and pulling a new line to the house. From estimating through final completion they explained everything, kept me informed, were punctual and completed the work quicker than anticipated. And, they were almost half the price of the other two bids. They came highly recommended to me by two other plumbers who don't do this type of work and I can see why. If I have future plumbing needs, they'll get the call.

Our technician came in took 10 minutes to do the estimate. He came back gave an estimate of $333. This was for a service to replace one valve in a faucet. It took him literally two and a half to three minutes to fix the problem. Exorbitant and ridiculous price for such a service. I did complain and yeah I got 60 bucks back till cost $250. For literally two and a half minutes of work and maybe $10 for a part. I do not recommend this company. They obviously gouge their customers and then come back with futile efforts to fix that. If this was an emergency call or something off hours I would understand that kind of pricing but a middle of the day on a weekday $333 for literally two and a half to three minutes of work is crazy. 250 is way out of line. Stay away from these guys their mask robbers

I had a water line leak that required a complete replacement. Reached out to many plumbing companies whose quotes were outrageous to say the least in retrospect. Gaithersburg Plumbing had done some work on my house about 20 years ago and I called them again. Ron Smith came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and they were able to schedule the repair work fairly quickly. There was no overselling of other services and no pressure with jargon that the others used. Very punctual and good communication. Gary & Zach came out and the job was done cleanly and very efficiently. Can't thank them enough for the great and timely service. I will recommend this company strongly for anyone looking to get plumbing work done.

They came to my condo to do warranty work, they determined this wasn't a warranty job but they could fix it real quick anyway. After a half hour of work and zero understanding of any charge, I was given a bill of almost $300. Absolutely horrible communication and can't even get the office to call you back. Really shady people.

Mr. Max and Mr. Chester was awesome. Courteous, friendly, and on time. They work so well together. Had me laughing and made my day. Customer service was excellent. I recommend these two to anybody looking for excellent quality service.

Service was through AHS. One thing about AHS I didn't like was waiting almost 1 1/2 hours to talk with someone. The service from Gaithersburg Plumbing was great. Jason showed up quickly to replace a valve under our kitchen sink. He explained how the valve failed and how to winterize the valve; the valve was for our faucet which is outside. The service was quick and he was very professional. I hope I get service from him again if I need it.

The plumber installed a water heater and made the water expansion tank just above the anode rode hole. It is extremely wrong doing. I contracted them and they refused to fix the problem. Never call Gaithersburg Plumbing again. Very Bad service.

I’ve known Vadim for over a year now, and he has quickly become my go-to professional for all plumbing needs. Over this time, he has completed a wide range of work in my home, including repairing the main shutoff valve, installing a smart shutoff valve on the main line, adding a boiler expansion tank, replacing the sump pump, and replacing the washer-dryer valves. I had an excellent experience with this company, they converted a three-handle shower diverter to a single handle modern style. I had a few loose tiles which the guys manage to save via installing a remodeling plate.

Perfectum Construction & Plumbing is outstanding. Our PRV failed at 3am on Saturday, and the home warranty routed us to a local plumber who could only come Wednesday—five days without water. After calling around and getting either “booked” or sky-high quotes, I remembered Vadim, who installed our Moen Flo four years ago. He answered right away and had our water restored in about 40 minutes. The price was far better than other quotes, and the service was efficient, professional, and honest. Highly recommend—when it’s time to replace our AC units, we’ll be calling Perfectum.

Great work! Vadim has done so much for us. HVAC, Hot water heaters, sewer drain, replaced every water shut off valve in my house, rain gutter pipe to direct drainage away from the house/foundation, replaced garbage disposal, toilet wax seals. Always done right the FIRST time, good price, as quoted! 10 years of great service!

These guys are absolutely amazing! Our water heater struck a leak and our whole dining room was flooded. Vadim came to the rescue around 8:45pm and after surveying the situation, he was able to stop the leak, grab a new water heater, replace the old one and clean the flood within less than an hour!!! I have never witnessed hard work from any other plumber or contractor. I have a wife and newborn and was really worried as to how we were going to work through this. Vadim is a real hero and I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly!

Perfectum did a complicated commercial fountain drink machine replacement, changed of a flushometer of a urinal, did a water heater inspection and inspected the rest of the plumbing as well.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. On time and great workmanship. Highly recommend!
