They have been to my house many times and the plumbers are fabulous and scheduling is a breeze.

Overall, I was not satisfied with this contractor. I spoke on the phone about the services we needed. The contractor did not come prepared and only partially completed the job. The receptionist never called me back to finish the job after I left multiple voicemails.

We needed help with our heater and when calling the people helping were extremely rude. They gave us attitude, never returned the call, told us to basically deal with the problem ourselves. Never recommending this place to anyone.

I have used Master Plumbers twice and both times the problem was solved quickly and the plumbers were pleasant and honest about how much time work would take and what costs I could expect.

As disappointing because they are quite expensive($150) for their initial estimate which took literally 20 min only to look at to figure out the just brand of the toilet. they do not use that amount towards the actual repair and charge an additional $175 for the repair.

This is a GREAT company! Jack came over unclogged the shower/tub drain and was out in a blink of an eye. Great Service - Will use their service for our future plumbing needs.

Called them to install a new faucet, and asked them to also install a cold water filter. First, they didn't charge me for the filter installation. Second, when the new faucet started leaking due to a manufacturer defect, they advised me to call the manufacturer to obtain a free new cartridge-instead of charging me for the cartridge.

I'm not one to post comments but Billy did a great job with everything (I had a list of six plumbing issues around the house). It's difficult to find people who are willing to do high-caliber work and not charge a fortune. I'll definitely be calling them again and referring them to others.

Master plumbing is a fantastic, reliable plumbing service. We have done extensive work with them, including on our radiator systems, drains, toilets, faucets, and water heater. They are one of the only shops I know of that actually do the work themselves (ie, done by their master plumbers). They are highly knowledgeable and thorough.

When I used this company for my construction projects (back in 2008?) I dealt with Joe Maier, and he was great. I wanted him to do all of my work. Now that they are bigger/older, some of their tech just are so shoddy. Repairs take many trips and charges to fix and one technician always lie about what he did or told me so the office and the schedulers keep charging me more than what I was quoted for.

We had a team from Master Plumbing inspect our home for problems with water pressure and a water hammer. They arrived timely, gave us a thorough assessment and advised us on a reasonable and economical solution to the problem, without pushing us to do the work with them. Very honest, pleasant to work with and highly recommended.

They've been great every time I've needed a plumber- reliable, friendly, very reasonably priced, and on more than one occasion, Kevin in particular has gone above and beyond. I suggested my parents use him as well and they were very complimentary, which is rare for them.

Called these guys to tighten up a few loose fittings under my sink that were causing a slow leak.

The guy they sent out fixed the fittings fine, but in the process, he broke my faucet. He charges me $170 for the fittings, then tells me it will be another $300 for the faucet (about double of what it should actually cost).

So I was $170 out and the leak under my sink is now worse. Poor deal. You break something while attempting a repair, you should fix it.

I contacted MASTER PLUMBING & Mechanical, Inc. today to schedule service (10/10/16). I was told a little bit of a different story and this caused me to move forward with this review. I originally spoke with someone in their office on July 8 and the conversation was much more helpful and respectful.
According to my description of the project, it should cost me $250. to have my basement floor drained cleared so the flow rate improves (slow drain issue only). I was told today to be prepared since they can't be certain the problem will be fixed with the snake. It may be more involved and exceed that cost. If it is more and I do not wish to proceed THERE IS A SERVICE CHARGE: $60.00. I would have scheduled the appointment today if the service fee wasn't $60.00 and I was informed back in July that they have service fees if the work isn't done at the quoted rate.
The customer service wasn't the greatest and I WILL NOT CONTRACT THEM TO UNCLOG THE DRAIN.

Awesome group of plumbers to work with. I wanted to get a gas water heater and hvac up to code that was put in by a previous contractor. It was hard to find a master plumber who would get a permit for work done by a previous contractor. Master Plumber not only educated me regarding safety with gas appliances but made outstanding changes to my system to ensure my home's and family's safety as well as ensure that my appliances were able to get their needed permits.

All of the workers involved were highly personable and trust worthy as well as being a nice group of people. Adrian attention to detail is amazing. I actually at times go downstairs to see the work that Adrian did; it looks so nice and professional that I consider it artwork! Their prices are very reasonable also which is another plus!

We purchased a new hot water heater from a plumber who doesn't service what he sells. I did not know that at he time, my bad. In searching for an authorized AO Smith Plumber, I came across Master Plumbing and Mechanical. They were awesome, showing me how to get the service call covered by my AO Smith warranty, coming out quickly even though they didn't do the install. And once the part needed was received, they were out almost immediately. Jack was our guy, he was timely, polite, professional. I will refer Master Plumbing to others every chance I get.

The scheduler, Elizabeth, and the technician Kevin, couldn't have been more helpful. Kevin arrived on time, quoted the price for the job and completed the repair. He was very organized, professional, worked with drop cloths and shoe coverings. Very pleased with the ease of scheduling, the technician arriving on time, the quality of the work and the cost.
