Very unreliable company. Scheduled appointment with them and they rescheduled several times without even calling me via email. Took several days off and they never showed up

If I could give zero stars, I would. Scheduled to come one day woth a window of morning to afternoon. Told they were coming later evening after trying to get ahold through landlord. Never communicated and rescheduled without talking to me for next day morning to afternoon window. Luckily I was off. The next day, they give me the run around 3 times saying they were coming. For them not come for the second day in a row. Bad business practice. Wasted both days off. The third day stopped answering calls about rescheduling for a day that works for me not a made up time they probably wont come to. Beyond unprofessional. Had to hire someone else.

I had a leakage in my kitchen pipe and so I called them. They were very professional, on -time and fixed all the problems. Thay also cleaned the kitchen afterwards. Highly recommended👍

He throw the trash on floor trash can right next to dryer. I paid with check for my copay with choice warranty company. The tech ask me don't you have cash. I didn't appreciate that.

Bryce , Jeremy and Isaiah worked diligently to get the tankless water heater and two subpumps installed in only two days along with an emergency water shut off valve. They did a great job installing and cleaning up. We would definitely use Mallick again and recommend them to our friends.

I had CJ come out from Mallick Plumbing & Heating, and he really made the whole process feel easier than I expected. He showed up on time, explained everything in a way that didn’t feel rushed, and handled the problem with real skill. What I appreciated most was how he didn’t just fix the issue — he made sure I understood what happened and what to look out for going forward.

Bryce and Jeremy were an amazing team. They’re extremely professional and knowledgeable . From the moment they arrived, they explained in great detail what they observed needed to be done to repair my main water pipe leak, they took extra care in making sure I understood the work needed to be done. In addition, they took every precaution to make sure my house stayed clean. After they completed the work necessary, they make sure that when the water was turned on everything was working properly. I would highly recommend. Mallick Plumbing and especially They’re outstanding technicians, Bryce and Jeremy.

Bryce was wonderful. He quickly identified a water leak that another plumber had missed, and worked with me and the equipment provider when an issue arose. Very happy with his expertise!

We had them out for a rather large, complicated fix in our older, established home. As anyone with an older house knows, those jobs can be stressful, but Billy and Mark handled it flawlessly.

I had a bit of a plumbing emergency and Bryce was the plumber who came out. He was fantastic. I’m in a complex which came with additional issues where we had to wait for the building water to be shut off. Bryce was so patient and kind. Bruce and Jeremy both worked on the larger issue. I will definitely be requesting Bryce and Jeremy for future plumbing needs.

Mallck Plumbing has saved the day for us twice, and both times the end result was that we avoided a potentially much larger issue. Our kitchen sink clogged on Thanksgiving day, shortly before 20 people arrived for dinner. Booked an appointment online for first thing Friday. Got a confirmation call from Christine in the office, and Ian and Ikem arrived shortly thereafter. Provided 2 estimates covering the 2 snake options, worked diligently, cleaning up as they progressed. When snaking the sink line didn't resolve the problem, the kept at it and snaked the adjacent disposal line, which cleared the blockage. Offered several suggestions to avoid future issues. Overall as good an experience as possible resolving a bad situation. Prompt, professional, helpful, friendly. Second time we've had excellent service from Mallick. Recommend highly.

CJ did an excellent job with our plumbing repair. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. We had a great experience with Mallick Plumbing replacing our broken water heater with a new heat pump model. Ian was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the technology. They fit us in quickly and were upfront about pricing. The price was also very fair, based on my online research, and was less than a quote we got for a traditional gas water heater replacement. I would definitely use them again and Ian was so easy to work with!

Today, Bryce Varney and Roberto Buendia did some repairs on a bidet (Toto) toilet in one bathroom and on the faucets of both sinks in the master bathroom. The toilet needed a new flapper valve but also had a leak, so they had to replace all those parts and rebuild the interior, which was a lengthy process. The old faucets from the two bathroom sinks also had to be replaced by new ones because of water dripping, which also was a complicated job that took a few hours. Both technicians showed a great deal of professionalism, knowledge and competence and did an excellent job. I will definitely call Mallick again for all my plumbing needs.
