There's nothing quite losing like your hot water on a holiday weekend. But Benjamin Franklin had Ira out early the next morning and by the following day, we were up and running. We opted to replace the system rather than repair. Everyone we dealt with (Ira for evaluation and option discussion; Chad and Will for installation) - was professionally very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The entire experience was hassle free and excellent, from our first phone call for help to the completed installation. We highly recommend this company.

Chad and Will were great. They moved my water conditioner and installed a new hot water heater. Chad was great when I asked him to also do the plumbing for a utility sink between my washer and dryer. Will was great on installing my new cooktop. Would recommend those two for any of your plumbing or gas needs.

Chad came to inspect our current water filtration system, and give us a quote on a new system. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided us with a variety of options while explaining what each components purpose is. We felt he was honest and trustworthy and didn’t try to up sale on items we didn’t need. We’re still deciding on what we’ll have installed so another review may be coming soon.
Update: Had BF install a new home filtration system including a larger water pressure tank, UV filter, water softener, and sediment filters. Installation went with a few minor hiccups but the end we’re happy with our system and service!

Sam Barclay came out today to do a plumbing inspection. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He called before arriving to let me know when he would arrive. He provided education about my water quality, and made suggestions for improvements. He gave options for dealing with a toilet leak. I have a Maintenance plan, so I didn't have to pay any additional for this inspection, which was very thorough.

Way over priced, did not have them fix slow leak under the sink, they wanted way over $400, had to pay $99 for them coming out.

Ira removed a broken 80-gallon water heater and stalled a new efficient 50-gallon water heater located on the 4th floor. Ira was professional and efficient. We are so happy to have hot water again!

Excellent technician! Clean, professional, and courteous. He spotted the problem immediately and completed the job quickly.

Hunter, Chris' assistant that day, is a good kid. Hard-working, polite and helpful, and busy learning everything he can about the profession. He's a good apprentice and will make an excellent plumber.

David from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is extremely technical capable and professional. We have KOHLER shower system failed on switch valve, had other plumbers came in, couldn’t fix it . David quickly diagnosed and fix it beautifully

Jerry has been our Ben Franklin plumber for years. He is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus he educates when something needs replacement or repair by taking picture or drawing to make sure the customer fully understands what the problem is and how it will be fixed!

Jerry was very attentive today. He was honest on what needed to be done to fine our leaks. He was efficient while working on the tub and getting it done in a timely manner.

Sam did a great job of detecting a pinhole leak in a pipe above my dining room ceiling, and then promptly and efficiently repaired the pipe
