Mallick is now out go-to for all plumbing needs. We have used them three times recently and every time we felt in good, honest hands. We are lucky that based on our location they sent Hunter S. A couple times and his technical and communication skills are excellent and his honesty is awesome. Also Fred M is the same and my belief is that’s how they are trained to act - honestly - which speaks volumes about the entire company. Those traits are what I look for in a review and I’d guess is part of why you’re reading this now. I Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Seldom have I seen this level of care and professionalism! Louis; Abbas and Koli have done a wonderful job! I will certainly recommend Mallick to everyone. Our experience starting with Chris and Rob put us at ease. We changed the old copper pipes in our house and installed a new water filtration system. It was an amazingly seamless experience. We have relied on Mallick for 10 years now (they have replaced all my plumbing over the years ) and they continue to provide outstanding service. Today CJ and Ikem came to repair a pea trap causing a leak and they went out of their way to replace it and ensure its reliability. They were also kind enough to replace a bathroom faucet that wasn’t working and did such an amazing job. I also appreciated how they gave the quote up front for the repairs so there’s no surprises. Hot & Cold water shut-off valves replaced on the two water lines leading to deep sink faucets and Washing Machine in a laundry room. Water pressure, and temp were also measured on new Water Heater installed last week. Compliance check performed based upon upcoming WSSC Inspection next week. Additional Fresh air venting is required and CO2 monitors on each floor. Billy and Luca were extremely professional and thorough. The shut-off valves and new piping look great.

Unlike other companies, he focused on educating me rather than just selling. His genuine and positive demeanor really stood out, which was a big factor in my decision to hire them.

Abbas and Koli were the techs who came to my house and they were great. Quick diagnosis, competent repair, and friendly too.
I liked them enough that I didn't deduct a star for Mallick missing the previous appointment last week. But I should deduct a star for that. After taking time off to be home between 1 and 3, Mallick never called to say they would be late. When I finally called them at 3:30, they said it would be a couple more hours, so I rescheduled for today.

I recently had my water heater replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Billy, the lead technician, was exceptional. His attention to detail was evident in every step—he explained the process clearly, double‑checked every connection, and made sure the installation was absolutely perfect before wrapping up.

Mark, his apprentice, also did an excellent job. He supported Billy seamlessly throughout the installation, stayed attentive, and handled his tasks with professionalism and care. Together, they made a fantastic team.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received from Mallick plumbing. We found a damp spot in our front yard and quickly determined it was likely a water main break that had to be dealt with. We got several estimates, but Mallick was by far the most professional and prompt and gave a competitive quote as well. They communicated quickly throughout the process, including coordinating with our insurance company, which was much appreciated. We just had the work completed, and they worked quickly professionally and cleanly. 80 feet of underground. Water main was replaced using trench-less technology and the whole process went smoothly. As part of the project, I also had them install a Moen Flo leak sensor and shutoff and accompanying sensors. Jeremy was our install plumber and he did a great job. It is always good to have an OCD plumber! Chris was the one who helped manage the entire project and was excellent from beginning to end, as was Kristin in the office. Thanks, Mallick team for terrific work on a big job.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH MY WATER SOFTENER SYSTEM

On 10/6/25, Mallick Plumbing & Heating, Inc. installed our new water softener, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation was done cleanly and efficiently.

Our plumber, Frederick Mason, was absolutely excellent. He was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. He answered all of our questions, made sure everything was set up perfectly, and left the area spotless when he was finished.

The results have been amazing. My wife absolutely loves the difference in our water; she immediately noticed how much better it smells and tastes. Even better, she says her hair feels noticeably softer, and both of us have seen a big improvement in how soft and smooth our skin feels. It’s honestly been a game-changer for our home.

Now, five months later, we are still extremely satisfied with our purchase. The system has been working flawlessly, and it has truly been money well spent. Roberto Buendia from Mallick Plumbing & Heating were phenomenal. Truly, a pleasure to see the passion Roberto has for the trade of plumbing. Very thorough, passionate, and professional. Extremely professional. Do not hesitate to call and ask for Roberto. He came in and fixed everything within the hour they originally quoted me. I will gladly work with them in the future if I ever need their help again. He also did the complementary check of my water heater and pressure.

Eric (The Big E) and Mark (Mighty Mark) both did an excellent job between the both of them replacing about 20 ft of pipe and fittings. They fixed a pin hole leak and heavily corroded pipes. Very thorough, professional, trustworthy and personable. We were blessed to have Eric show up early and his cohort show up to help out as well.

Abbas.. and Koli came to hookup the gas for my new cooktop. Both very friendly and professional. They both knew what they were doing. I greatly appreciated they took the initiative to reach out to the ApplianceLand installer asking exactly what was needed to hookup the cooktop because the wall oven needed to be reinstalled under the cooktop. We were very fortunate to discover Mallick Plumbing and Heating when it came time to replace our 75‑gallon water heater. They immediately answered the phone and addressed all of our questions about the replacement.

Rob promptly came to our home, treated our space with respect, and thoroughly discussed the options for our unit replacement. When Rob and his assistant arrived with the new equipment, they were extremely careful with our surroundings during both removal and installation. They used new white floor tarps to protect our home and performed an exceptionally precise and neat installation.

Rob even added a drip pan and plumbed everything flawlessly. We are looking forward to continued service over the years with Mallick Plumbing and Heating!

Chad Derexson, senior technician of Ben Franklin Plumbing, urgently came to our home yesterday with no preliminary notice to address a serious and extremely frustrating problem relating to hot water failure in the shower stalls in addition to a broken toilet mechanism. With an earlier estimate of considerable expense and time to resolve the problem, Chad fixed the hot water dilemma as well as the toilet issue in a matter of only a few hours with reassurance leaving his contract number in the event of any subsequent issues. Chad ways does an excellent job when he comes to service my heat pump and water filter system. This time I had a concern with the duration of the hot water supply. Chad found the issue, explained the problem and was able to repair the heat pump immediately. He also was helpful answering questions about my reverse osmosis water filter system. Chad checked out both systems thoroughly. He is professional and personable. I know I will get top notch service when Chad is the technician who comes to my house.

Technician was prompt, friendly, professional and explained what the issues were and what needed to be done to repair them. I was nervous because another plumber had quoted me an outrageous price range and extensive work that he said would need to be done.
