the plumber did the work before quoting us a price, 890 for tightening faucet in kitchen, changing a shower head ,sneaking 2 toilets. The work took about 1hr45min and the guy said he would be back and finish the work next day, when he came the next day they asked us additional $250 . I called the office and argued about the additional payments as the plumber didn’t tell us and we thought 890 was for the whole work.
They are punctual , and somewhat did the job but they are ruthless, and they show it in all phone conversation that they are their for the money only not even care to build up good customer relations.
I will never use them again.

Very pleased with the work done. I called them to replace two hose bibs/outdoor spigots. They were pleasant on the phone and scheduled me quickly. They charged a fair price and the two plumbers were extremely thorough in fixing the issue. They took their time to explain my options and walk me through the pros and cons of each.

I found Master on the AO Smith and State Water Heater website, and they've been a pleasure to work with. The whole process with Master was great. Elizabeth worked some magic to get me on the schedule quickly; Fred gave me a quote via email and guided me to a good solution without trying to sell me anything extra; and Kevin and the installation crew were great. In a week, I went from a leaking, 15-year old water heater to a new heat pump water heater. Thanks!

Master Plumbing has been to my house twice now, and I'm already a diehard fan. Steve is on-time, covers his shoes to make sure no dirt is tracked in the house, and neat as a pin. Also efficient and highly professional. On the second visit, he was able to determine that a faucet he installed was faulty. He promptly bought another one and did not charge a cent for the visit, new faucet or work. I very much appreciate his honesty and fine work.

Master Plumbing & Mechanical sent Technician Billy to replace several corroded unions, pipe sections and a failed water pressure regulator valve serving our input water system and water meter. Billy is an OUTSTANDING plumber and a really good communicator. He evaluated how our Water system was functioning and found a serious over pressure coming the pressure regulator— and explained the needed repairs to correct the problem. He did a fabulous job in implementing the required repairs. When that problem was fixed , he also replaced the water filters in our three stage , whole house water filtering system-. Another job very well done. We love Master Plumbing & Mechanical and their superb Technician, Billy! We highly recommend this company to make any plumbing repairs you need! Pete Bracken

At the recommendation of both my home inspector and grill installer, I sought to have my gas lines inspected to ensure that everything was connected in a safe, professional manner, and I saw that Master Plumbing was highly rated on Washington Consumer Checkbook.

This morning, Fred came to my home to provide both a visual inspection of the gas lines as well as official tests for gas leaks, and he confirmed that the gas lines were running safely and properly all around my home -- including the lines to the heating system, water heater, dryer, and new gas grill. Subsequently, he confirmed that these inspections will not need to be repeated on a yearly basis, but only if and when there is evidence of a possible leak.

Fred really stands out for his professional demeanor, his clear, simple explanations, and the trust and confidence that he inspires in his work. I'm very glad I reached out to them for assistance, and I now enjoy a greater sense of peace of mind from his having conducted this inspection. I'm grateful for his work, and I would enthusiastically hire them again.

TO BE AVOIDED - unfortunately this company does not stand by their work. They sent an inexperienced tech to do a basic sink installation in my kitchen, at an extremely high hourly rate, and it started leaking shortly afterwards. When contacted about it, they were indignant and refused to look out it without a large service charge. This is the second issue we've had with them; they refuse to take any responsibility and are frankly a little aggressive. I wouldn't want them in my home at this point even if they were willing to attempt to repair their shoddy work.

We had a sewer back up which was cleared by another company on an emergency basis. However, that company told us we had an issue that would require replacement of sewer pipes located under the finished basement concrete floor. We needed a second opinion to verify if the estimated $9,000 work was really needed.

Master Plumbing was able to schedule us within a few days and verified the appointment the day before. The plumber (Billy) arrived promptly, was very professional and respectful, asked all the appropriate questions, and then proceeded to set up his equipment while protecting all surrounding surfaces. The camera images were very clear and he explained exactly what he saw on the monitor as he moved the camera along the pipes. He then gave us the thumb drive that he used to record the entire inspection. Finally, he reset the toilet that was removed for access to the sewer pipes, caulked it neatly to the tile floor, and completely cleaned the area.

It was clear from this inspection, that the plumber from the first company was not honest, and was just trying to sell us very expensive work that was not needed. Master Plumbing was a totally opposite experience. They are very organized, professional, clean, respectful, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them without any reservations!

We had toilet leak which few plumbers who came before Alpha could not detect. Alpha plumbing plumbers came and identified the root cause. It was leak in the base of the toilet. They replaced the wax ring and it was permanently fixed. Plumbing work needs lot of patience and plumber who came patiently worked and fixed thoroughly. I would highly recommend Alpha Plus Plumbing for plumbing needs.

The best plumber EVER!!!!!!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! Was recommended to me from work that he had done for my mother’s property. So kind, very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Had flooding in the basement bathroom due to tree roots in the pipe ( I didn’t even realize that was a thing, but welcome to homeownership!). After he finished you couldn’t even tell there had been an issue. Definitely plan on using them again!

Qasem responded for basement drainage problem and no hot water. Replaced Sump Pump and discovered cause of no hot water. All water had drained from tank due to leak at base tank.
