He explained everything clearly, worked carefully, and didn’t rush even though it was after hours. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and workmanship. Abbas and Koli did a fabulous did wonderful job. They were able to replace my hot water pump and other plumbing features in just a couple of hours and they were super nice and left everything as they found it! So grateful to have such nice people do such great work!!

Jeremy Torres and Kollie are an awesome team! They came to our rescue this afternoon, making a way out of no way. They cleared pipes that we feared would have to be replaced rather opened, and we find ourselves able to use our kitchen and laundry facilities fully after a week without either. Jeremy is a super clear communicator as well as skilled craftsman, who seemed as happy as we felt about his ability to clear our pipes rather than replace them. He went the extra mile in a number of ways and did so with incredible grace and kindness. My husband and I are deeply grateful. It is because of the integrity, skill, and generosity of Jeremy and Kollie that we are glad to be members of the Mallick family.

I recently moved into my townhome and unfortunately, have had several plumbing issues. Mallick Plumbing has been awesome. They have made scheduling easy, the technician has arrived on time, estimates are given on the spot. The work has been completed, very professionally, within a few days. We’ve now had CJ as our technician twice for ongoing kitchen sink drainage issues. The first time, he gave us an honest assessment and estimate, but it wasn’t in our budget at the time. Just as he predicted, the issue returned a year and a half later, and we called him back. This time he used a camera to inspect the pipe before cutting into any drywall—highly recommend this option because you truly never know what’s in your pipes, especially if you’re not the first homeowner. The footage pinpointed the problem, and CJ fixed months of frustration in under an hour.

When our budget allows, we’ll be requesting CJ again to jet the kitchen line and clear the built-up grease.

CJ is a solid technician with a great personality, thorough, patient, and clean. He explained everything step-by-step and left our kitchen spotless, unlike experiences we’ve had with other companies.

Rob and Isaiah were great! They came in to fix the garbage disposal. They provided all the necessary information to get the new disposal setup and how to work with the new one. They also tested the water heater for us. Both were incredibly helpful and made the whole process super easy!

I was able to book a next day appointment on the website. Bryce and Marco came and quickly assessed and corrected the situation. Great customer service! Once again Mallick Plumbing & Heating Inc. has delivered on all levels and saved the day! Two professional service techs named Rob and Isaiah came out and were both very knowledgeable in our water heater replacement as well as providing extensive knowledge on the replacement of the water valves and a pressure regulator/backflow preventer. Very clean professional work! Both handled the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new unit with a calm professionalism that was courteous, efficient, and overall very effective. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in need of these kinds of services. They definitely have saved us from having a lot of issues with our current dated system.

After buying our first home we needed a plumber to come explain our well water treatment system and make sure it was all working properly. Frederick Mason was the water specialist that came and took a look at our water- turns out our water wasn't even safe to drink! Even the Hydrogeologist from Carroll County we've been working with was impressed by how thorough Fred's work was. We love our new reverse osmosis system and can't thank Fred and Mallick enough for making sure our family has potable water.

We had Billy Clem from Mallick Plumbing back with Lukas for a follow up. He painstakingly investigated the issues with my washer/dryer, the shower faucet and sink faucet and disposal. When the parts come in I am fully confident the problems will be solved. The parts came in and Billy Clem and Kollie came back to install the new kitchen faucet, a replacement part for my shower to allow more hot water into the shower head. They removed my mother’s toilet and fixed it so it doesn’t wobble and installed new replacement parts to make it flush better. They cut open the cabinet wall under the sink in the kitchen and removed the old cold water line to the washer/dryer unit, which was completely clogged with debris, and replaced it with a new cold water intake line so the washer/dryer gets cold water. The hot water intake line was working. They also replaced the turn off valves and replaced the disposal.

Billy Clem and Kollie’s work is beautiful, first rate and professional. Billy Clem professionally cut open the cabinet wall in straight lines so an access panel can easily be installed. All the work Billy Clem did is skilled, professional and high quality. They both went above and beyond with all the issues here and when they finished they left the areas where they worked clean.

I am thoroughly impressed with Billy Clem and Kollie and would highly recommend them both. Heartfelt thank you! Thank you Mallick Plumbing. Superb customer Service!

CJ & Ikem were excellent! They were thorough, pointed out and explained the problems, cost and remedies. They were also very professional and courteous! Highly recommend Mallick’s Roberto Buendia. He expertly diagnosed a nasty problem with our master bath shower and toilet, worked hard and fixed it, and left the bathroom in pristine condition. He made sure to protect our carpet and delicate bathroom tile which is in the shower as well from the water and crud that was produced in the repair. Roberto is a pleasure to work with. He is affable, funny and respectful. Ask for him. You will be glad you did.

I would like to thank Roberto Buendia and Arelson Aguilar for their services today. They were very polite, informative, and professional. There was a slow ceiling leak I found in the morning and was recommended to call Mallick Plumbing & Heating. I called them right away and they came the same day. They found and fixed what was causing my ceiling leak all in less than one hour. I was so stressed earlier but they have made me happier and assured me everything is resolved.
