Flawless communication, professionalism and genuine care for customers. My tech Roberto went above and beyond too! We had an issue with a control board on our Bryant Unit that GAC installed in 2017…the issue is known on these units apparently but other than that the unit has been great. Where GAC nails it is back in 2017, they made sure to file all the right warranty info with Bryant - a TEN YEAR warranty covered my repair. Most HVAC companies would do the work and slack on warranty filings - not GAC. BRAVO!

Wilber determined the cause of our furnace shutting off very quickly and picked up the part needed and installed it quickly - he arrived on time and called me in advance - world class service !

GAC technician Sean Allen was great to work with! He was on time, communicated the various maintenance checks he was going to undertake and was highly professional. Mr. Allen took care to ensure no mess was left and provided pictures and a report for each of the heating units. Thank you GAC!

Excellent service. Stephen was friendly, professional, and very thorough during my annual HVAC inspection and identified a duct that had been blocked by insulation for quite some time. That was a great catch and I highly recommend Stephen.

I have to say without any equivocation that GAC has provided the most wonderful service in my particular case. I wanted a full inspection of my heating and air conditioning system, and they dispatched a gentleman by the name of Kevin to take care of me. Subsequently, we determined that my thermostat was failing to operate and needed to be replaced and Kevin gave me tremendous. Suport explained everything to me. He had to return on a different day to complete the job.
He did he came in. He left everything neat turned out lights. Everything works perfectly, and I have heat and air conditioning again.
I have no doubt that any technician I got from GAC would be equally good however, I have a requested that Kevin be placed as the technician on my account and that does not seem to be a problem.
From start to finish superb service absolutely everything that I was told what happened did and I am delighted with both the job, GAC and in particular Kevin!

Today, the GAC tech (Philip) came to check my heating system as part of my yearly service. Philip is an excellent tech. He is courteous, professional and he answered all the questions I had. He is an asset to GAC company. I would absolutely recommend choosing Philip as your GAC technician.

Our Technician Wilber did a great job diagnosing and repairing our system and we had heat back on quickly. He explained his steps and our options very clearly.

I have worked with Phil on multiple HVAC installs. The reason I say Multiple is because his competence and expertise And personality shined through and made me call him again...and again.. His calm demeanor and unrushed manner gives a complete sense of confidence in his words. After the initial meeting and multiple scenario estimates he maintained the same level of detail and attention throughout the project. Phil is a true asset to GAC.

GAC services were terrific! The contractor was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Ritchie did a great job replacing our PRV valve. He also explained everything to me. Would definitely use again.

Yesterday GAC installed an EV charger in my garage. My electrical panel is in my basement which is partially finished. The garage is at the other end of the house. The work looks fantastic, and I’m pleased to be able to charge my new vehicle from home.
The professionals doing the work were fantastic. I work from home and had no interruptions. I greeted them when they arrived and gave them access to everything they needed. They gave me a thorough review of their work after completion.

Charlie did a great job. He went above and beyond during my HVAC check up service and spent extra time to find the cheapest safest alternative to total replacement of my unit. He even took the time during his visit to entertain my 5 year old son who was curious about his tools. Please make sure to give him the recognition he deserves. Great employee and exemplary service.

They had to come out 3 times over the course of one week to fix my furnace. They only charged me once even though it took multiple trips to fix the issue, and the price was reasonable. The technicians (Samuel and one other) were polite and respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again!

Very courteous and thorough review of our systems. Our problem continued, then John (technician) came to our home on 1/12. He really knew his stuff and fixed the problem in about 30 seconds. John gets 20 stars in my book. Wish he would have come out the first time I reported the issue

GAC provided a great service at a reasonable price. Not pushy with sales, just offering what I was looking for without unnecessary pressure to buy more than what I needed. Drake and crew were friendly, did great work and provided me with all the information I needed.

I recently had a plumbing inspection with GAC, and the experience was A+ from start to finish! Rich ensured everything went smoothly, and Theo, who conducted the inspection, was extremely thorough. He explained every detail clearly and even took the time to describe how my plumbing system works in relation to future services I’m considering. I’m very pleased with GAC’s professionalism and quality of service — they also handle my annual HVAC inspections, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m proud to say I’ll be a lifelong GAC member!

My upstairs zone Carrier heat pump was replaced with a new Lennox unit at the start of last summer but couldnt be called or controlled by my Sensi Smart Thermostat(has battery backup) for heat. I upgraded to the Sensi Smart Touch(no battery backup) but discovered there was no RC/RH voltage coming from the air handler to power on the new thermostat. GAC tech, Vincent, worked diligently for three hours correcting several issues with the initial Lennox install including incorrect wiring, to get our heating restored. Kudos to his skill, patience and professionalism. Thanks, Vincent! Job well done!

I highly recommend GAC services for any plumbing work that you may need. Richard Webb kept me informed as to when he would arrive, explained to me clearly what the problem was with our tankless water heater, and did an excellent installation with a new unit. The time it took and the price was very reasonable.

Tim and Austin were awesome with their service. Attentive and kind with the entire install. I am very happy and I would recommend Arundel Cooling & Heating for not only HVAC needs but also for Hot Water Tank replacements.
