We’ve been using Max Air in Glen Burnie for several years and have always been satisfied with their service. Most recently, we had an issue with our system, and they were very prompt in sending out a technician to diagnose and fix the problem. We also experienced a billing issue, but their office team was thorough, professional, and helpful in getting it resolved quickly. While no company is perfect, we’ve consistently had a positive experience with Max Air and appreciate their commitment to customer service.

Technician was courteous, professional and thorough. Office staff is always polite and ready to help in any way they can.

The Max Air team did a first rate job installing my new HVAC system. They answered all of my questions and came back a second time to deal with a minor issue that arose.

Our ac stopped cooling on the week end, MaxAir was the only company that would come out on a Sunday. Cole came out and identified the issue, had to order a part. Drew came out the following day installed the part waited to make sure everything was working properly had to address another issue and was on his way. MaxAir installed two complete Carrier infinity systems in my home, along with duct work and did a great job- this was 5 years ago. One system stopped working just this week, and MaxAir was out right away to diagnose the issue- the upstairs indoor unit coil was found to have developed a leak internal to the housing. MaxAir ordered a new coil and replaced it promptly all under warranty at no charge. Excellent response time, knowledge, and service. Thanks MaxAir!

We got 2 HVAC systems replaced and Randy was helpful and communicative throughout the process. The installation team did a wonderful job, and the systems are working well. We got 4 different quotes and chose MaxAir because Randy was not salesy nor pushy, and their price for the Carrier systems were reasonable.

Cole came out today and cleaned my dryer vent, my clothes were not drying. Very nice young man, answered all my questions was very professional and and got the job done in a timely manner. This is the second time using Max Air, good company to use. Dryer is working like it should.

Freezing temps when our heat went out. MaxAir on site by noon. Dashed out to retrieve major part. Cleaned the system while they worked and replaced badly outdated thermostat. I really appreciated their responsiveness, attention to detail and thorough work.

Our system is very old (30 plus years) and it went out right after the snow storm. I called MaxAir and I believe within 3 hours their tech, Drew and his assistant were on the way. They were very careful and mindful about wearing booties over their shoes in the house, and took care of the electrical issue for us. Drew and his assistant, sorry I forgot his name, were awesome and so kind, they explained everything to me and were pretty quick as well.

I can't say enough good things about MaxAir! Drew, the service tech, came out for a routine furnace cleaning and found a serious crack in our furnace that was leaking carbon monoxide. He had to shut it down the Monday before Thanksgiving, which was definitely worrying with the holiday coming up. MaxAir was closed for the holiday Thursday and Friday, and they were completely booked for two weeks, but the team didn't leave us hanging!

Installers Steve and Zach offered to come in on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to replace the furnace, so we wouldn't have to go without heat. The installation went smoothly, and by that afternoon, we were warm and cozy again! Not only were they incredibly professional, but they also had great personalities and made the experience much less stressful.

We will absolutely be sticking with MaxAir for all our HVAC needs from now on. Great service, awesome team, and we couldn't be more thankful! Highly recommend!

Used MaxAir for several years before moving to another state. Had a contract where MaxAir came out to tune up my air conditioning just before the hot weather began and again just before the winter weather started. They do a thorough check up & cleaning of the unit. They even contacted me to remind me,"hey, it's that time again." They always contact you when they're on their way and are on time. Never had an issue. I would definitely recommend MaxAir to a friend and I absolutely recommend that you contact MaxAir to find out how they can take care of your furnace & air conditioning.
