Didn’t have a great experience with the technician that came to my home.
I was quoted the $130 “come out” service fee. The system had started working by the time the technician arrived. He told me he was just going to look at the system to make sure all was in working order and reset the fault code. When he was ready to leave he told me the price was going to $270. I questioned what work was actually done and why I wasn’t quoted a price for whatever he was going to do. I would have decline since my system had started working. He then said “I was able to lower the price to $207”. I continued to decline payment. Why was I going to be charged one price and then the technician was magically able to lower to cost? I refused payment and discussed with the main office. I felt like the technician was trying to scam me, maybe because I am a woman and was alone. I like GAC but did not like that particular technician.

The technicians were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and quickly; explained everything in detail and left the job cleaner than it was before they came. The two gentleman are an asset to your organization and would welcome them back if ever needed again.

I had an excellent experience with this GAC AC technician (Jason). He was professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the AC unit, clearly explained what was going on, and answered all my questions patiently. 🙏

I had a house fire and needed immediate service to winterize my water pipes to prevent further damage. Angel was wonderful to work with and ensured that someone came out as soon as possible. Phillip went above and beyond when he arrived, taking the time to find the main water line shut off under mountains of snow and ensuring that everything was complete. He also explained everything he was doing which I found very helpful. I will absolutely be calling GAC again for plumbing needs.

(true customer review) - I’d give 10 stars if I could. GAC is hands down the best HVAC and plumbing experience we’ve ever had. We’re in the Severna Park/Millersville area and had a few things we needed fixed recently. True experts who are timely, genuine, attentive, and give you honest insight and advice (vs. trying to upsell you or take advantage of a situation like others we’ve encountered). That is not GAC. They’ve been exceptional to work with and are now our go to. Highly recommend!! - you can confidently end your research if reading this after a Google search 100%.

Discovered our heat out at 0845. Called GAC. Jaylen White, technician, showed up by 1030. He skillfully and scientifically isolated each possible root cause of the issue between the unit inside and the tower outside, and found a burnt wire from a short and a bad board. He left to get a new board and returned quickly to finish the job. Jaylen is super smart, very skilled, and really knew how to tackle our problem - I highly recommend him!!!!!

John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for my situation. We had two previous techs come by last week and the problem was not solved/fixed by them. John was able to point out some outstanding issues and fix them, teach me about how to troubleshoot in the future, and how to set and forget my smart thermostat for everyday use. He also gave some tips on how to request future service and other preventive maintenance to keeping my furnace and other equipment longer lasting.

GAC Services did an excellent job on my electrical upgrade. They completed a full heavy-up installation along with a generator panel, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team (lead by Chris Mathis) was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the work being done. Everything was completed neatly, safely, and on schedule. The quality of workmanship really shows, and we feel much more confident in our home’s electrical system now. Highly recommend GAC Services for any electrical work.

My experience with GacServices has been outstanding! Wilber Gurreo came to my house on a Saturday afternoon in 15degree temperatures to assess my gas fired furnace. He took the time to explain to me the various options for my 28yr old furnace. He said that my motherboard would need to be replaced. I decided it would be better to replace the furnace. GAC services was able to send an estimator (Derrick)out to me that afternoon. Derrick was able to arrange for my furnace to be replaced by Monday. I was astounded by how fast he made this happen.
Monday two men showed up to replace my furnace, they started at 10am and finished by 3pm. All finished and cleaned up before dark. I was amazed at their speed and accuracy. They also took the time to explain the install as well as how to control our new digital thermostat.

Job well done gentleman!!!! I highly recommend GAC services to anyone who needs a new furnace, they were quick and efficient.

The guys from GAC were great! They communicated well, worked efficiently and when all was said and done, walked us through all the changes with the new system and patiently answered all of our questions. Christian , Kyle and their crew were thoroughly professional at all times.
We were moving my mother into the house at the same time and the HVAC and water heater guys were never an issue. It was as if the two events were occurring yet did not interfere with each other.

When my furnace stopped working a week after the blizzard, I immediately called a different repair company, one that I had "subscribed" to and had paid a year's worth of monthly charges. After taking $100 over the phone, the service promised to send someone out two days later. Well, they never showed up and never contacted me (I waited around during the ridiculous 11-5 window). My best friend told me she was happy with GAC, so I gave them a call. They sent a tech out the next day, and he arrived exactly when he was supposed to. Chaddie was courteous and thorough and explained the furnace to me and the reasons he thought a new system would save me money because I was facing many repairs (the system was old). A consultant came out with 30 minutes and walked us through the entire process. We decided to go with the new system, and within 48 hours, the installers were there with everything they needed (no trips to Home Depot necessary). They were wonderful. The whole project (furnace and heat pump) was finished by 4pm. The techs even installed new CO2 monitors and removed a basement door that would have caused us to fail the inspection. I am extremely happy with the service I received from GAC.

Kevin Bonilla was amazing. He was respectful, polite, and skilled at his job. He changed our thermostat, and based on the deposits on our air filter, he deduced that we were using a portable humidifier that was causing the filters to clog, and prevent air from flowing. This resulted in the heating system overheating, activating the emergency switch. He showed me the filter, explained what was happening. Before leaving, he asked if I had any questions, or needed help working the new thermostat. He was a perfect professional! Thank you so much. Kevin is a wonderful addition to your excellent team.

I recently used A Supreme to replace the PTAC unit in my sunroom where I work from home. I called for a quote and DJ visited same day. Since I've worked with the company in the past, I knew I wanted to go with them so I went ahead with the process to have a new unit ordered and installed. I was able to get it completed the same week! Alvin and another gentleman visited for the installation. They were accommodating and laid drop cloths. They installed and tested the new system. I'm very happy with my service. I've already recommended family/friends.
Office and service staff are always pleasant to deal with, I will always go with A Supreme Heating & Air.

Technician arrived on time and was very polite by taking his shoes off. He did a thorough inspection and serviced our system inside and out. We would love to have the same technician for our service. because he was very accommodating. We have used Supreme heating and cooling service for several years.

During the heat wave when we had 109 degree heat my air-conditioning stopped blowing cold air.so I called a few places to see if someone would be able to come out to the house and check what's wrong
They answered the phone right away and came out the same day I called and fixed the problem THANK you very much for that

Christopher was our tech this morning for seasonal maintenance. He was supposed to arrive between 12-4 but actually came earlier which was amazing! He called when he was 25 minutes away and was here in 25 minutes. Very professional, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, did a thorough job and was so helpful with some diy maintenance recommendations! I signed up for them to come out twice a year for $199. This package includes 15% off any repairs and cleanings. I highly recommend this company!
