This company was either bought out or has partnered with FH FURR because when I called for an estimate, that’s who came out - not A Supreme Heating & Air. Please beware of the predatory upselling they do during a diagnostic test. I needed a new igniter for my heat to come back on. Somehow that turned into me needing an entirely new furnace, a rejuvenator kit, air cleaner, and UV air purifying system, I was quoted almost $20k!!!! I was also pressured to get pre-approved for financing. I’m so glad I got a second opinion. BTR HVAC came out the next day and got my heat back running for a couple hundred dollars. I highly recommend BTR HVAC if you’re in need of services.

Great company. DJ took care of getting me some water heater estimates quickly. Once my decision was made, I put down a deposit easily over the phone on a Friday. Got a call on Sunday evening and was told they could be there Monday morning to install my new water heater.

They showed up when they said they would and everything is now done. Everyone was courteous, professional and respectful. They registered the warranty making any issues easy to deal with by contacting them. Thanks again, A Supreme H&A!

I was extremely satisfied with the work done by the team from A Supreme Heating and Air. They installed a new heat pump, air handler, and water heater. From the first call that our heat was out, the team was responsive and professional. They explained everything clearly, were easy to contact, and recommended appropriate equipment for our house (not more than we needed just to make money). I appreciated there was no upselling! Their installation included haul away of old equipment and a year of complimentary service, including 24-hr emergency service. When they completed the job, they did multiple tests to verify the equipment was working, and left the interior and exterior of my house clean. I highly recommend A Supreme Heating and Air for service and installation!

A Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning is a trustworthy company. We needed to replace the AC system at our home. We evaluated and quoted three companies. Their proposal and quote were the best, with good quality equipment and low price. When we asked to raise the base of the outdoor equipment, they also met our requirements. Five days after we paid 1/3 of the deposit, their work began and replaced the entire system in one day. The quality of work was very good, and the entire installation plan of the cooling system and heating boiler was replaced. After completion, there were no errors, no rework, and the cooling system worked stably and normally. In addition, we received a box chocolate for Mother's Day from A Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning. We give them a five-star rating for their work.

John White’s service today was timely, excellent and friendly. He was very good at diagnosing the problems with our heat pump, explaining exactly what needed to be done to correct and then fixing it quickly. We were very impressed with his professionalism.

Wonderful. He was willing to come out the day after Christmas when we had no heat in the house he let us know. It was a breaker and then showed us the HVAC. We hadn’t changed the filters in a year and he gave us a whole bunch of recommendations for air quality.

As a new customer, I was very pleased with my service. My technician Kevin, came out to service my residence and informed me of my leak and issue. I felt comfortable with asking him questions and he answered and showed me all of my concerns. Now I have all new plumbing and feel

This was our first time using FH Furr as we needed some electrical work done to hardwire our alarm/doorbell system. William Jones showed up on time, was personal and most importantly he was incredibly professional. A big thing for us is that we would feel comfortable with whoever came to help service our request. We could not have been more happy with William and the work he completed. We will definitely request him specifically for any electrical work moving forward.

Desean Booker answered all of our questions as he made the plumbing repairs. He was able to explain tho he clearly and stayed longer than expected when our project needed some extra steps to be fixed and complete. I will request Mr. Booker for future plumbing projects. Also he was able to come the morning after we called for service (in the evening) so that was very convenient.

I think Derek & Joe did an excellent job of installing the Air Handler System. Looks professionally installed. Once completed Derek show me the new system and went over several things like how to clean the trap, how sensors it had on it, that it would cut it self off if water over to high, etc… Wasn’t able to look at the outside unit due to the darkness outside. Will do that this weekend. Very professional gentlemen Derek & Joe were.

Adam Gardner did great! He has been servicing my HVAC for the past several years and I gave always had excellent service. He is polite, courteous, and very customer service oriented. Very pleased with Adam and the company. 5 stars for sure!

On review, I am not sure that the assessment refers to Kyle based on the questions asked. However, Kyle did an excellent job during his two visits to my residence. I find him to be professional, knows his craft, and was persuasive enough to convince me to finally invest in the installation of the UV Light to my system, an expense which I have resisted over the years when suggested.

Ends Gomez was my technician and he was very respectful, courteous and professional. He did a great job fixing my electrical issues and explained to me what he needed to do. I am very satisfied with his work.

Mr. Bernard Plummer was knowledgeable/technical expertise, thorough explanation was provided without having to ask, utilized drop clothes to protect the flooring, cleaned up after completion, cordial communication, very satisfied with the installation process of the electric water heater, garbage disposal; it was easy to schedule an appointment with the company (friendly, polite) and I like that the company provided a photo of the technician; I highly recommend Mr. Plummer and F.H. Furr Plumming +!

Our technician, Adam Gardner, was amazing. He showed up promptly and took the time to walk me through all the components of our AC unit and explained the benefits and cons of all the issues/recommendation regarding our A/C system.

He also provided us with a variety of plans tailored to just the essential repairs to all the bells and whistles for an ideal system. There was no pressure to buy anything immediately and all my questions were addressed. Over all an amazing service experience.

Endy did a great job installing our 300lb Chandelier lift and Chandelier in our 19ft. Due to the expertise required for this task, I needed a skilled electrician who could handle this. Endy was a rockstar. Highly recommended!

The problem with my furnace was correctly diagnosed, but that was the only good thing. The technician told me he'd have to order the part and quoted me a price of $1885. But then he tried to pressure me into replacing the whole furnace for $21,000, and if I agreed that day I could save up to $2000. Classic scam act. Called another company. Furnace was fine, the part was under warranty, and I only needed to pay $130 for labor.

First time hiring F.H. Furr HVAC for their services and I’m happy to say it was a good choice. The servicer Jalyn was very professional and knowledgeable about the service provided. Told me everything that he looked at regarding my furnace. I even asked if I could recommend him for future appointment's. This company is legit.

He was on time friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us repair choices and didn't push us into buying anything we didn't need. When he was done repair he asked if we wanted to try before he left which we did and he suggested he could do something better it so we wouldn't have to call him back even though we have a warranty on the piece. Our repair guy was Ray.Wouod definitely recommend him.
