Everyone from A Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning treated us very well. Polite, patient and very helpful.

They came the same day as our initial call. Found some of the problems and arranged to come back and thoroughly test our equipment. The found the problems and ordered replacement parts and units immediately.

They came back on a Saturday to complete our service, all in less than a week. We enjoyed having them around. They were kind and thoughtful to work with.

The service was quick, prompt, competent and they went above and beyond to provide service in the time frame we needed. We got expert advice, great products quickly and efficiently installed.

This is a terrific company, and their technician DJ is incredible! He tested my heat pump for defects, after a national company had told me it needed $2,600 in repairs, and that the pump would probably only last another 6 months to a year. The other company pushed hard for me to buy a new one--immediately! DJ assessed quickly that I only needed a defrosting board--that was it, and thus saved me $2,000 in repairs or $10,000 buying a whole new system when mine was only 6 years old. No hard sale, no high pressure to go with his company, only an honest assessment, good pricing, and respectful, friendly, and quick service. In fact, they didn't have the part needed; but with snow on the way, they sent someone to Annapolis to pick it up and installed it the same day as the assessment. Thank you so much, DJ!

Mike, the owner, worked with me to ensure I received the system I wanted. On installation day, Kevin and Adam were efficient, pleasant, and professional. I highly recommend this company and look forward to a long relationship with them as they care for my HVAC needs.

I would highly recommend A Supreme. I was kept informed about the time my technician would arrive. I got a call from the technician letting me know he was on his way and the approximate arrival time. He came, introduced himself and asked about the problem I was experiencing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to quickly get my A/C system back up and running. He let me know about repairs I would need in the future, as my system is very old. He provided a no pressure estimate (which I greatly appreciated).

This is the second time Adam has performed our preventative maintenance. Each time he was prompt, pleasant and very professional. He found that dirt had gotten caked around the coils on my heat pump. He recommended a cleaning a was able to do it right away, preventing potential damage to the unit. If you need work done on your HVAC, Adams is your guy.

Owens and Kevin did a great job installing a new system. Left the work space very clean, and made sure everything was in proper working order. Friendly, knowledgeable team. Great local company.

Had a maintenance visit from Adam today. Very professional and courteous. Their office calls to schedule the appts, then the technician calls before coming over. Overall, a pleasant experience as it has been the last few years.

My heat went out unexpectedly. Supreme came out the next day and got it working until my new unit could be installed. Ryan did a great job of explaining all our options for either fixing or replacing the system, so we get confident in deciding. Overall it was a very professional experience that made a stressful event easy on my family.

I've lost track of how long we have used A Supreme & Air Conditioning for our heating and air conditioning needs. They are always prompt, courtesied, and great at keeping you informed. DJ is one our favorite technician's and does a wonderful job of taking care of our servicing. I would highly recommend A Supreme.

My furnace went out overnight and they kindly fit me in to their schedule when I called first thing in the morning. The weather has been in the 15-20°F range recently, so I'm sure they have had a ton of calls come in!

I received a text message and phone call as a heads up for when the technician would be arriving. He was very thorough and walked me through the steps he was taking, as well as answering my questions along the way. Thankfully, my issue wasn't too bad and he was gone within an hour. He confirmed, through a few different methods, that the heat was working again. He also checked my air filter and even widened the opening for the filter, since it is difficult to insert and remove.

They have an annual service that I signed up for as well that includes two checkups and I think a 15% discount on services. I made sure to find out whether they would contact me as a reminder for service or not--he said there will be a mail reminder, email reminder, then phone call if the first two don't work. I'm very happy to hear that because I have awful memory!

All in all, excellent service and I look forward to working with them again!

First time using A Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning and am very pleased. I loved how prompt and professional they were from the moment I submitted my online request. Within 30 min, they called to confirm and said they’d have a technician show up the next day within a hour window. DJ called the next morning to let me know he’s arrive in 30 min and showed up promptly at 8. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was happening with our heater. Not only that, I checked my email this morning and they had sent a note saying DJ would arrive, complete with his picture and how long he’d been working for the company. My wife and I are very impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge. Will definitely use this company again!

Had to get a new HVAC system to replace the one we had (20 years old). First off, DJ came out to my home and presented me with 3 options. I am in the process of selling my home, so I took the lowest offer, which was still for a very good system at a great price.

The install team (Kevin/Owens) were at my home within the window of the appointment. They immediately got to work making sure that they protected the new carpet we just had installed in our basement. Their high-quality work was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was great. The carpet still looks brand new. Thank you A Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning.

The technician DJ came out and helped us in a quick and efficient manner! I was happy with how friendly and knowledgeable he was. He answered all of my questions or concerns with my HVAC unit and fixed the problem fast. He did a fantastic job and I signed up for yearly routine maintenance with this company!

Supreme Heating& Air Conditioning could not have been better they were great. Adam Gardner was the best very thorough and explained everything we needed to know and most importantly he answered all our questions and gave us piece of mind our system both inside and outside are good to go for the upcoming summer months. The technician arrived promptly, assessed the problem with my AC unit and made the repair (a capacitor failure). He was very professional and courteous. He checked out some other components of the system to make sure there wasn't a secondary issue. This is the second time I have used this firm (last winter they quickly replaced a failed heating system when everyone else couldn't respond for several days). I am very pleased with their service.

As before, DJ - from A Supreme Heating and Air was very helpful and answered my questions about the work before it began. After my new unit was installed it was due for service check. I was comfortable with receiving an email with photo attached of who’s coming. Always a Great security measure. They were very competent and knowledgeable in their work which didn’t take long and he was able to connect my new thermostat. Yes, I would recommend this company.

A Supreme did a great job all around. Our ac stopped working and DJ came out the next day to check it out, he was honest about things he could do to fix the issue but with our system being 18 years old, we knew we should just replace it. We got quotes from 2 other companies and A Supreme was significantly cheaper. We put the deposit down and equipment was ordered and installed 3 days later by Kevin and Owen's. They did a great job and were very professional. Very pleased with the whole process. Thanks guys!!
