FHFurr sent the best crew to install a new boiler. The installation took 12 hours to complete. Not a single “uncle” was heard from. The new heating system is efficient and effective. I have had several electrical, plumbing, and HVAC concerns over the last couple of years. My hose was built in 1954. FHFurr has a perfect record for repair and upgrade I expect this new furnace install to be the same.

George was efficient, knowledgeable, and did a great job assessing the job and completing the work! Will contact again for future projects!

Everyone that came out was very nice and personable, from the technician that originally looked at my system to the sales rep to the installers. The new system seems to be keeping up with the cold better than the previous one, which was heavily neglected by the previous homeowner. Unfortunately, I was still experiencing low air flow out of my air ducts on the first floor. After bringing this up to the install crew, they looked at my ductwork and suggested that it may need to be redesigned because of the size of the duct for the length of the run that supplies my first floor vents. While I don't doubt that I was probably due for a new system, I wish this was something that was realized much earlier in the process so that I could have weighed my options a little differently, received a quote for a complete fix, and been fully satisfied with the end result. Instead, I have better heat than I did, but still not the heat that I should have and my new heater is probably running longer and harder than it needs to because the entire system was not fully and properly inspected. The work that was done looks great, seems to function well, and is definitely an improvement over what was there, just not the improvement I was expecting. Now my 2nd floor is very warm and my first floor is just mostly comfortable and I'm $17,000 into what is apparently an unfinished project.

I easily give Luis five stars! He did outstanding diagnostic work to solve a bathroom leak. After thoroughly investigating the plumbing layout in the cellar and finding no leaks, he investigated further to discover a radiator leak behind the drywall. He is a very polite and thorough plumber who was determined to solve the problem. He is an impressive young man and I hope he is recognized as an exceptional employee!!

Our electrician, Endy, was awesome. Came out, evaluated every part of the house that could be causing or impacted by the issue with our circuit breaker. Diagnosed it, and was able to repair it in about an hour. Super friendly, was able to answer all of my questions, so I learned a lot too, couldn't have had a better experience. Would definitely recommend.

Dale was SOOOO thorough, polite, considerate. He did a thorough analysis of the current equipment, analyzed the existing heater and gave me a thorough run through of what they would do and install the same Rheem 50 gallon hot water heater, a number of other items. Throughout the visit, he was so well informed and patient. The price quoted was great and I said YES and they are able to get it installed the next day!! Being without heat, hot water for a number of days was so terrible, but in the end your company came through. My advise to other people looking for a great plumbing company is to have F H FURR on auto-dial. Thank you again!!

The electrical technician, George Bailey, was the best!!! He took the time to explain everything he inspected as well as the replacing of the new fire alarms. Mr Bailey was very pleasant and confident in his knowledge of electrical safety. I WILL request him should I have any electrical issues!!!

William was prompt, professional, and very thorough with meticulous attention to detail.
I highly recommend his services. Michael and Son quoted me an astronomical price to open the drywall and run new wire… William repaired the issue with basic troubleshooting. Michael and Son has proven to be useless.

Nico Francis is the best in the business and an example of absolutely professionalism, technical proficiency, and customer service. During the appointment he ensured he explained all aspects of the inspection and ensured I was informed of all the necessary procedures and steps to keep my system running smoothly. He is the best in the business and the company should consider enabling him training others to mirror his style of service. We are absolutely impressed and grateful for the quality service and experience we received during our maintenance visit today!

Kevin Pineda of Furr HVAC did a great inspection of our furnace today, and an equally great explanation. He made us aware of how it operates, things to watch for and the importance of surge protection. Very good communication.

Later in the day, Furr electrician George Bailey inspected our electrical system, which is unprotected as well. He determined the source of problems with ceiling fans and light fixtures upstairs, and gave us solid, practical advice about future shopping for replacements. Another great communicator.

We appreciate clear communication of Furr's capable technicians. But, we are uncomfortable with Furr's pricing. Almost $2,000 for 2 surge protection devices - one whole house and one for a boiler - seems overpriced.

Derrick and Joe were great. The removal and installation went smoothly with no issues. They both were very professional, attentive to detail and seemed to work very well together. They also were respectful in maintaining a clean environment and both were friendly. I want to thank them again for a job well done. I also want to thank Dale and Steve for working with me to come to a comfortable decision on the project.

Had to have our HVAC system (furnace and ac) completely replaced as the original system in our house was about to enter into hospice! We got a very informative estimate from Lief on Monday afternoon after a service call that morning that couldn’t help our many times repaired/refurbished system, signed a contract for it on Tuesday and had it installed on Friday. The crew ( Brad, Tommy, Mike Morris and Ken came extra early (with our permission) on a snowy morning to make sure they could get the job done that day and that we wouldn’t be left in the cold over the weekend. They were all extremely professional, friendly, and conscientious. There was - no trace- (except our amazing brand new system) left showing any workers had been in our home that day because they left everything so clean. We would without a doubt recommend them to anyone.

Thank you so much to Quality HVAC!!! Your technician was awesome!! He came out in the middle of a snowstorm, diagnosed my problem and got me up and running, even though I need a replacement. I am grateful!

Called them when my heat pump stopped working. 2 visits, 3 incorrect theories, and $400 later, I still had no heat. They told me I needed to wait a week while they ordered a part that would cost another $2000 for them to install. Instead, I called a different company and my heat was fixed 20 minutes later, no new parts needed. I won't be contacting "Quality" HVAC ever again.

Dom and his crew were very knowledgable, professional, fair, and transparent. I was having issues with my fuse blowing in my fan relay board and replaced it myself but I couldn’t figure out why it still was blowing. They were able to assess and fixed the problem with my hvac unit within 60 minutes. I never give 5 star reviews out but you wont go wrong with choosing this company.

We had a fanstastic experience with Quality HVAC. Dom and his team came to help with an AC issue at our home. Not only did they ID and cure the issue in a timely manner, they made sure to look at the least expensive fix first and work up from there. They also took great care with their work and communicated with us the entire time. Definitely using them again in the future.

Demetrius and his crew installed a steam humidifier for us today and the work they performed was top notch. They were on time as scheduled (no other company shows up on time!), they were respectful of our home and cleaned up after the work was completed. I strongly recommend Quality HVAC!!!!!

We were looking to replace our HVAC system and reached out to a couple different companies. Demetrius responded quickly and came out to look at the unit and then provided an estimate within a couple days. They had a great price and also offered quarterly maintenance. As usual with most things after COVID, materials were a little hard to track down but they were persistent and once they had everything they got us on the schedule. Arrive early and were able to complete the install in a few hours. Before leaving they made sure to come in and verify everything was working properly & asked if we had any questions. Clean up was great and they even sent pictures of the completed work. We highly recommend Quality HVAC!

Our AC unit stopped working and we contacted Quality HVAC Mechanical hoping for a quick fix. Not only did they respond to us immediately, they sent 2 people to our home same-day. They were both very kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient! They got our unit working in no time. I will definitely be calling them in the future and recommending them to my family and friends!
