I would like to give a big shout out to Demetrius Manansala Sr. Quality Hvac for there professionalism, prompt response, alertness, and their knowledge to get my home air conditioner back on. They stayed at my home till it was fixed and up and running Dominick Antonio Manansala said no worries we will get you back up and running at 7 pm they were then changing out the out door unit and said to me no worries Rob this is why we keep one in out shop. They treated me like family the whole time and explained to me every step that they were doing. Best around if you ask me they went the extra mile for me .

We were able to schedule a next day appointment. The technician found our A/C problem right away (frozen coil). After the coil thawed, the technician returned in the afternoon and added 2 lbs of freon. The A/C has been running great since then.

Demetrius and his business is extremely professional, responsive and very fair on pricing. We used them in with our new home purchase to replace current HVAC systems and they did an excellent job and just recently added a steam system to the unit! Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this company. Called them around 9 am were onsite to diagnose AC not working in about 4 hours. Overnight ordered new compressor and here at 9 am fixing our system. Thankfully because today is supposed to be about 90 degrees.

I have used Quality HVAC in the past for work needed and eventual replacement if my central AC and found them to be very responsive and fair. You never have to worry that they are giving you honest advice and a fair price. This week I had an issue with a ductless system I have in the basement. They responded right away and when they found that they were unable to service the system I have, they recommended someone who could and didn't charge me a service fee. I highly recommend them.

Had my compressor go out on a 99 degree day on a holiday. Was surprised that Quality even had anyone taking phone calls. Was able to get a time scheduled within 24 hrs. Dominick was communicative and walked me through an electrical error that he was able to determine within 30 minutes. Got my system back up and running and waited to confirm all was good. Great experience. Will absolutely use Quality again in the future

Dominick and Demetrius were both fantastic! They were both professional, kept the area clean and kept me informed of what was going on. They got my furnace fixed and save me from having to replace the whole thing.

Helpful and patient through diagnosing a challenging issue to figure out my system

Very good experience all around! I had Quality HVAC come out to give me a second opinion and I'm so glad I did-- they took over an hour to go through every nook and cranny in my system and diagnose the true issue whereas the other guys only spent about 10 minutes at my house and told me I needed a whole new system! Quality HVAC's efficiency and expertise not only saved me a ton of money but also got to the root of the problem and fixed the issue for a very fair price. Definitely recommend and will be using these guys in the future!

I thought I had posted the above from when my oil heat went out in January. Since it was bitter cold, I waited until it was warmer for them to come remove the oil tank and boiler. Quality HVAC came out March 4, 2024 and removed both. The men are all very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished.
