Working with Shaw Craft Contracting was great. We needed several exterior door and window frames, including two Juliet balconies, repaired and repainted. Martin was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, easy to work with, and communicated clearly his assessment of what needed to be done to have a quality result and why. The work was completed in only a few days, and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day. All in all it was low hassle for us and we’re very happy with the results.

Shaw Craft Contracting did an amazing job with renovations made to a den on the first floor of our home. The project had many moving parts, including installing hardwood floors, French doors, custom built-in cabinets and shelves, millwork, lighting, and painting -- all of which were executed seamlessly! Shaw Craft just wrapped up with helping me finish my basement. I intailly called to only have drywall done on my basement project I had been working on myself. After the first meeting and quote I decided to hand the project over Marty and I'm glad I did. The finished product looks great. They provided their expert opinion when decisions needed to be made but we're not "pushy" or trying to up sell.

Shaw Craft was super communicative, professional and had very reasonable quotes. We used them to upgrade my daughters bedroom which looks fantastic. We plan to engage them for a few more projects upcoming - the quality and professionalism is unmatched.

Marty and son Zach are a great team. They work well together and are very thorough as they go through the project. They secured some foundation work that had been constructed incorrectly. They also installed crown molding over some unsightly areas. The last area worked on was re-chalking my shower. The job was topped off by painting the areas worked on.

Marty bought in reliable painters as part of the team . They completed the job in a few hours with precision. Here’s just one picture of some of the work. This is a blue accent wall painted toward the end of the job.

This is the third project (Trex decking/platform, storage shed painting and door replacement, bedroom ceiling replacement and painting) that Marty, Zack and their crew has completed for us. Once again we were beyond pleased with the exceptional service provided to us. As always a quick estimate was given and this project was completed in a timely manner. Reasonable cost too, as always. We will definitely be in touch with Shaw Craft for our future home improvement needs!

After searching tirelessly for an honest and reliable company to help with my kitchen renovation, I came across Shaw Craft and boy was it a blessing. I needed my rear porch enclosed and a structural beam put in to carry the weight of the house. From our first conversation, Marty the owner, was very attentive to what I wanted him to complete and didnt try to sell me on additional work like other contractors. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done to accomplish the job. Additionally, the price was fair and wasn’t inflated, unlike the other proposals I had received. In regards to the work, that was great and when it came time for the inspection, the inspector commented on the craftsmanship of the work. Shaw Craft will forever be my go to contractor company and I would recommend them to anyone. Simply put, if you’re looking for great work from an honest company for a reasonable price, look no further!

We loved our experience with Shaw Craft Contracting from start to finish. Last winter we had some remodeling work done in our basement, and Marty and his crew were able to deliver the highest-quality work at a great price. Very respectful and clean through the process, and very detail-oriented in their work. As a budget-conscious DIY enthusiast, it was great to be able to work on some of the remodeling work myself (floor and lighting) while Shaw Craft took care of demo, framing, electrical, drywall, mudding, and painting.

Nearly a year later, there have been *zero* problems with the basement, and it's a space we now use multiple times a day. It's been a game-changer of a project, and absolutely one of our favorite things we've had done for the house. Thank you again, Shaw Craft!

Marty and Zack are great to work with, I have used them multiple times to renovate and repair areas in my home. Marty is quick to respond when asked for quotes, asked questions, and quick to start a project. Their timelines have also always been accurate- if it's two days, it really is just two days. Without a doubt recommend, and I will continue to use them for projects in the future.

Amazing work by Shaw craft on the garage door edging, which was needed before the full garage door itself could be installed. They also found and repaired major right damage on the garage siding leading up to the house.

We needed a 220V outlet installed ASAP, and Joe came out and did it in a jiffy. Our new large format printer is up and running as scheduled thanks to Joe and the JDL team!

Had a run in with the infamous truck # 42 this morning. The driver decided to force me off of the road on my way to work because he was in a big truck, I guess? This is a well documented issue it seems, and the problem probably won’t be resolved anytime soon. Keep your eyes out for ol 42, he might swerve into you in a show of road dominance.
