Reviews of local pros in Halethorpe, Maryland

I was given the run around for three days. They kept saying the Plumber would be out but he/she never showed. After the third day they stopped answering and wouldn’t return calls.

They were excellent; fast, friendly and fair!! I will definitely be using them for any future repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks for the great service!!

I've had Mr. Ohler do several plumbing tasks in my home. Fair pricing and good work. I will use this company again

Rich is consistently helpful, professional, competitively priced and solution-focused. Would always use this company for any plumbing issue, large or small.

Great response time and gets the job done.

Rich does excellent work. Done right

We love this company! Rich is very knowledgeable of all our house needs as far as Plumbing and Heating concerns. We trust his suggestions, and we will continue to work with him. Thank you Rich!

Have worked with this company for more than a decade on two of my houses. If you like supporting local, family-run businesses that stand by their work, this company is for you. Rich is honest, straightforward, and hardworking.

I have used R A Ohler to repair my air conditioning, replace my water heater, and several other plumbing jobs. I have only good things to say - fast, high-quality work at very reasonable prices. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone.

Contacted Rich with RA Ohler on a Wednesday after a recommendation from a friend. He was helpful and knew what to do to fix my shower fixture issue. He was able to fit me in for Thurs morning and completed the work before noon. Quick response and work. Will use again.

All plumbers are expensive so I try to do what I can myself. Found myself over my head with a certain situation and Rich was able to come out the next day and resolve it quickly. I still think you should probably call around for pricing but Rich is trustworthy and competent. Nice family run business.

Hired RA Ohler to replace hot water heater and install a water jet backup sump. A quick phone estimate was given, which personally gave me some pause, but Rich assured me there would be no surprises. The estimate was well below that of a local competitor, so I went with RA Ohler. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the value. RA Ohler showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was very professional. Overall, an excellent job, I wholly recommend!!!

Last winter My Water heater went up(of course on the weekend). OPH not only was available next day, but he was easily the most affordable compared to other local Catonsville services that would have had me wait 2-3 days. I highly recommend him. I would give him 6 Stars if I could!

Highly, highly recommend!! Recommended by my dad who had work done by Richard. When I couldn't get the county to even call me back about a plumbing issue Richard was right there calling me back for two days and was out quick. Great dude. Great service. Very, very highly recommend!!!

Rich was awesome! My water heater died on a holiday weekend while he was attending to another big job. He made it a point to come by to replace the unit and quickly fix another minor unrelated issue after hours. Rich was kind, professional, and highly responsive. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Rich is great - I can always get prompt service and he does quality work.

I have employed Rich Ohler on several occasions. Every time, he made an extra effort to respond quickly, even at the end of a long day. He went to great lengths to find a needed part for my old boiler. And he did a great job at a reasonable price. I recommend him without any qualification.

Ohler Plumbing, family owned and operated, straight forward, hands on plumbing experts that get the job done right! On time, and on budget!

Rich and his son did an excellent job replacing over 135 ft of water line in difficult conditions and moving the new water line shutoff from the crawl space to inside. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

I’m extremely satisfied with the plumber’s work. He explained the repairs well and completed everything on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable

Reliable, honest, fair. Once I didn’t take Rich’s advice and went with a cheaper option (different plumber). Not long after I regretted that decision and had a flooded basement (that Rich helped sort out promptly).
