John & Buck came out and did our annual backflow testing, we are first time home owners and Nationwide took care of us and were very thorough when explaining everything.

We are in luck with these technicians at Nationwide plumbing… on time, and very reasonably priced. Pricing for Back-flow testing now required by WSSC, can be quite high if you don’t shop around. Check them out! They will also provide a price on the phone so you know the cost in advance.

Backflow prevention testing. Technician Johnathan Chapman arrived in the allocated time. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do. I appreciate them answering my questions and the quick service.

Unethical company and bad service. Pls consider doing business with Nationwide. Recently, we called this place for backflow prevention test required by the County. They quoted us $160. When the staff came by, they asked us to provide them with the bucket to perform the test?!?? With that high quote, they did not even have their supply to perform the test. They completed the test around 15 minutes and asked us to pay $167. The test result was Fail. We were a bit surprised as our house was just built last year. They gave us some reasons for the fail result and suggested us to replace the new valves and retest. After they left a moment, they called us and said they can change the result to Pass and submit the report to the County.?!??At that moment, we figured out that our valves and plumping system were fine, and they just wanted to make money from us by a fake Fail test result. We called another plumping company to do the same test with only half the price and they said our plumping system did not have any problems and passed the test very quickly.
