Excellent service. They have or can order what ever you need. Not only can they get it they can get a higher quality one than home Depot.

Went to get a washer replacement hose but item was not available. Was given a couple suggestions by employee which were helpful but didn't pan out.

This place has a large stock and can pretty much get you anything you'll need or at least order it. 4 out of 5 counter guys are pleasant. Service is quick. Go here

1st time visiting and was greeted by very helpful service representatives. Came back to the shop to get the part I needed to hook up my gas range and Mark not only assisted me, but also helped me get a tight adapter off an old pipe which saved me the hassle of having to buy another one. Definitely don't waste your time at Home Depot or Lowe's, you will find people here who can direct your home repair needs in the right direction with the right part. Thank you!

We needed a new kitchen faucet and Jimmy, the counter agent, could not have been more helpful. He showed us on his computer different models and we ended up purchasing a model that was cheaper than the one we were planning to get first. This is a huge warehouse with lots of choices.

My heating and AC company bought a TACO Valve Control Board from here 3 years and 1 month ago. We started having issues back in August with the board, but since heat wasn’t needed in the summer we could not get the board to fail until heat wasn’t needed needed full time. This pushed the control board out of the 3 years warranty and Ferguson will not honor the warranty or even give a break on the replacement part. Never use this company they do not stand behind their products that they sell.

I have been a long-standing customer of Ferguson on Hollins Ferry Rd, visiting the location almost daily. The staff consistently provides me with the necessary products and services, and if an item is not in stock, they efficiently process a special order for me. I have always been impressed with the customer service, particularly from Jimmy and Dennis, who have been my primary points of contact. I have developed positive relationships with several employees at the location. However, I have recently experienced some issues since Jimmy transitioned out of counter sales and two new staff members joined the team. While I do not have any problems with the new staff members in general, I have had difficulties with Jamal, who tends to try to instruct me on how to perform my job. Instead of listening to my requests, Jamal often suggests alternative parts and seems to have an opinion on every matter. Furthermore, Jamal's work pace is slow, and he frequently takes his time to retrieve items from the warehouse, opting to walk instead of using the available transportation. As a result, my recent visits to the location have taken excessively long, with wait times exceeding one hour. I have always been satisfied with the service provided by Jimmy, Dennis, and Mike, and I would rate them highly. In contrast, Jamal's behavior leads me to question his commitment to his job and his respect for customers' time. His tendency to impose his opinions on customers and his slow work pace are indicative of poor customer service. It appears that Jamal is solely motivated by his paycheck, demonstrating a lack of interest in improving his performance or providing quality service. In my opinion, Jimmy and Dennis exemplify a commitment to excellence, as they consistently strive to assist customers efficiently and effectively. He has been there for years, and if anything, I think he has gotten worse over time. I honestly have no idea how he still has a job there. I have seen Jamal stand at the counter with a long line of customers and tell the other counter staff that he is going to lunch, rather than helping to reduce the wait time. I believe it would be more appropriate for him to help alleviate the backlog before taking his break, as his behavior appears to be lacking in motivation and consideration for customers.

DENNIS over on the Plumbing side is the best. Always super fast and efficient and never hesitates to go above and beyond to help out or look up and find the odd stuff we need. Always a pleasure when we get him at the counter.

I would recommend this company for all you plumbing needs... I was frustrated I just moved into a brand new house and all of a sudden my toilets and tubs were clogged... They came out first thing in the am and figured out the issue right away and got things squared away....5 star experience!!!

He came on time and quickly repaired and good deal.

Needed shower drain and sump pump cleaned came the very next day after I called and did an excellent job
