Awesome experience getting new water heater and sump pump - Ty was very responsive, timely, professional, clean and thorough. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs - and he is fairly priced!!! And you'll be supporting a small business!!!

Tye was wonderful, he identified the problem and it was fixed immediately! He was kind and trustworthy! He even found a necklace that I had lost!!! He will always be my first call for plumbing problems!

I do not recommend this company. Plumbing for a new powder room (toilet and vanity rough-in and installation) was performed. A permit through Baltimore County was obtained for the project. The rough-in was performed and passed inspection. The final installation of the toilet and vanity took place, and Ty (Owner) said he would call for final inspection. After a no-show from the county, I called the county, no inspection had been requested, and the county representative stated Ty's license had been suspended. Ty withheld that information from me, and I now need to hire another plumber to finish the process of getting my plumbing inspected. Without full disclosure, he's operating without a license!

I hired TL Back plumbing several times this year to fix different issues in my properties. They always response promptly, arrive on time and deliver the service professionally.

Ty is beyond awesome. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgable and above all HONEST! He replaced our water heater that was leaking all over our entry-level floor. His attention to detail ensures that the task is done thoroughly. He responds promptly to your inquiries and is extremely fair and transparent about what needs to be done and the cost. My family and I have called on Ty to help with multiple projects, and we are glad to see him each and every time :)

These are experienced, knowledgeable professionals, who have handled a wide variety of projects in our home for years. Not only the usual faucets, pipes and sewer issues... most recently the owner, Ty, installed a radiator in our front room. We can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

Like many over this past Christmas weekend. We had a busted water pipe due to the cold weather. I placed a call and with in minutes spoke with Ty and set up a time to get my pipe repaired and water back in our home. The response time(less than 24 hrs), honesty, and professionalism was top notch. I’ve finally found a plumber I can trust! Wish I’d of found this company years ago. They showed up as promised, on time and got the job done!

Ty came out to my home to unclog my main drain. He has an awesome personality. He was very professional yet very friendly and outgoing. He did a thorough job and i will be using him again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Ty replaced an old cast iron tub with a new tub. He provided a detailed quote and did the job expertly and efficiently. We were very happy with the completed job. Ty is personable and conscientious and I highly recommend him.

3rd time I have used this company; they installed my water heater, unclogged my sink and installed a new sump pump. They are friendly, responsive and honest and they do excellent work.

Ty is very professional and very honest. We had a hard time dealing with the first plumber that got assigned to us. After two weeks, the issue still existed. We decided to find a new plumber and found Ty online. We contacted him and explain the urgency of our plumbing issue between the sink & washing machine. We just moved to our new home and the master shower was leaking through to the basement ceiling. The contractor who did the bathroom renovation and another contractor who i got a second opinion from both said get a new tub. Tyree came out and found 3 sources of the leak right away and sealed them all. He saved me over $1500 in getting our tub removed and a new one installed.
