We had a gas leak and had the gas company come out and found it. They found the leak in an elbow joint where it connects to the water heater and turned the gas off to it. Tyree was notified and he came out to our house in an hour!! His communication was great and kept us updated on his ETA and was very kind and professional! We showed him where the leak was and he did the soap test and found another leak along the pipe as well. He had it repaired in 30 minutes and turned the gas back on to make sure it wasn’t leaking after. I would highly recommend Tyree at T.L. Back Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs!!!

I called Ty on a whim when I realized our seemingly small issue became a tad larger. Our basement laundry sink worked essentially as an overflow for our laundry and kitchen when it shouldn’t have. It suddenly became more worrisome by yesterday afternoon when water covered the floor and the sink no longer drained. I remembered I had his number saved from a local recommendation and decided to give him a call. I was so relieved when he happily fit me into his schedule and was here within the hour of calling for his emergency services. I’m extremely satisfied with his thoroughness and willingness to help us out on such short notice. My experience with TL Back plumbing was definitely a positive one. I found Ty to be not only an extremely knowledgeable plumber but he took the time to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why he was doing it. The rates were very reasonable and I felt confident that the job was done right. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I was in desperate need of a plumber to repair/replace a leaky spigot, which I thought was causing water damage in my basement. Fortunately, that was not the case, but I still needed to get my very leaky spigot replaced. After I read the reviews online I immediately contacted them. Although Ty was on a family vacation he and I spoke on the phone and the day after his return, he was able to come to my house and fix my issue. He was on time, he was professional and personable, and he was perfectly priced. He explained to me everything he was doing in a manner which I understood. The future of home services is with the independent provider. After having a new toilet installed by a company who obviously spends quite a bit on their marketing and advertising, I realized that their tech had not secured the toilet tightly (which can lead to major problems down the line). Thankfully, I was referred to T.L. Back Plumbing. Ty did an incredible job, professional, meticulous, and cost-efficient. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

I had a gas leak in the pipe behind my newly bought stove, while other big-name companies (LTP) quoted thousands to fix it. Ty gave a fair price, arrived on time, and did exceptional work. He explained everything he did and literally “Got Us Back) to cooking and living in modern times after BGE shut off our gas due to the leak. I’m very thankful for this company—we now have a plumber for life! A+ work!

Quickly responded and coordinated with our Contractor on all shower plumbing and replacement of cast iron pipes to PVC in our Bathroom. Ty's workmanship was very neat and we will definitely contact him for future plumbing needs and we have already recommended Ty to friends.

Outstanding quality. This was my second experience with TL Plumbing, first was replacing an underground sump pump discharge line and todays was a hot water heater leak repair. Great attitude and too notch work. Five stars.
