I am pleased with the service provided today althogh, as promised, it is a 2-day process as it includes spraying sealant in the ducts and will be completed tomorrow. The techs were very nice, knowledgeable, informative, professional, and I was very comfortable having them in my home.

The Service Technician came to put a electrical box in my bathroom. He was very professional. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He took his time with the job. I was very satisfied. Would hire them again.

The technician, Will was very professional and knowledgeable by explaining all requirements to repair my system with a clear understanding. He showed me photos that matched the explanations of the repairs. He is also very knowledgeable of replacement systems that I chose to purchase with assistance from Ryan. They were both patient with answering all of my questions of the new heating system. They are truly a great asset for this company and would highly recommend them to other potential customers.

I'm in Alx. VA - Found these folks by calling Scotsman direct. Had 2 local vendors out 1st who could not solve the problem w/ my 2 yr old Scotsman DCE33. All Things team had it running like new in an hour. Would defn. call them again for this machine and others.

This is a great local business that we will continue to use for our service needs. We did have to wait two weeks to get service, but that's the way things are these days. Technician was very friendly, thorough and share lots of helpful information about our fridge.

This is one of best in the business. Freezer fan motor had died, had to be replaced. Eddie went to toshop and found the part I needed for the job. No lost groceries either. I highly recommend this small family own company.

Eddie is the BEST!! When Eddie installed my heat pump 4 yrs ago, he gave me the best price on a unit with install and was super professional the entire time. This morning I called Eddie bc my thermostat was off and the heat pump was not working. He now has an emergency number! yay! and he was able to walk me through a series of dx tests. We figured out that the water safety valve needed to be reset (I bumped it last night), and within a few mins, my thermostat and heat pump are now working great again! Thank you Eddie for helping me long after the install! esp. on a super cold day... and on a holiday weekend!

Eddie put in a new heat pump for me. He and his team were professional, polite, and my house was left neat and tidy without bits and pieces left lying around. All members of the team were very willing to teach me what I needed to know about my new system, and to answer my multiple questions. The cost was exactly what his estimate said it would be. My new Carrier heat pump is WONDERFUL, my house has never been this comfortable!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. My fridge wasn't working, and after contacting two other companies that never got back to me, I called them and Eddie came out within 30 minutes! He was only able to do a temporary fix on the spot so we scheduled an appointment for the next week. After he heard the appointment time, he decided to come after hours the next day and help us so our food didn't go bad. Prices were very reasonable and he was extremely friendly. I won't use anyone else after this!
