Water Heater Installation

I had an excellent experience with Len The Plumber Heating & Air today. My technician, Rohan, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the problem with my old water heater before moving forward.

His customer service was outstanding — respectful, honest, and very easy to talk to. I felt confident in the work being done, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. From booking the appointment to the installation, everything was efficient and well-coordinated.

I highly recommend Len The Plumber Heating & Air for anyone who needs water heater service or installation. Thank you for the great service!

I called and had an appointment for the next day in 10 minutes. Rachel arrived early, diagnosed my heating problem within 5 minutes and was done fixing my heater in 45. Very fast, great price, great job done. Her and the person shadowing her for the day made sure I understood what occured in regards to me heater, what they did to fix/replace parts for it, and even double checked to see if I had more questions. Thank yall for your help!

I have mixed feelings about the service. On the positive side, the technician came out on a weekend, which I really appreciated. He was able to clear the sewage blockage by snaking about 60 feet (as he explained) through two sinks and one toilet, so the main issue was resolved.

However, I was disappointed with the professionalism and care taken during the job. For the first sink, he used a protective waterproof sheet and asked me for a container to collect wastewater. I was surprised he didn’t have one in his truck and asked me to provide it. For the second sink, he was less careful, and for the toilet, he did not use any protective sheet at all. As expected, water spilled on the floor, and his explanation that it wouldn’t reach the walls was not reassuring. Because of this, I decided not to proceed with snaking the upstairs toilet due to fear of water damage to all three levels of the house.

The pricing was also extremely high. He charged $599 for snaking each drain (3 total) and $360 just to remove and reinstall the toilet. The total bill was $2,107 for about 2.5 hours of work, which I found unreasonable. After the work, the toilet was left unsecured and shaky, with the bolts/studs sticking out. When I asked, he told me to cut them myself and put caps on, which was unexpected.

Additionally, he left the collected sewage and waste water in my backyard without informing me. I discovered it the next day and had to dispose of it myself.

Later that day, the kitchen sink became blocked, and the garbage disposal stopped working. When I called again, there was confusion about whether it was a follow-up or a new call. Another technician came the next day and quoted $1,200 to replace the garbage disposal. I got a second opinion, and another company replaced it for $480 including parts and labor, which confirmed my concern about the pricing.

Overall, while the blockage was cleared and I appreciate the weekend response, I was not satisfied with the care taken, cleanliness, pricing, and follow-up handling.

We had no heat at our gas fired water boiler. Called a couple companies, many don't handle water boilers. One set an appointment over a week out. Called Len the Plumber and they worked me in. Richard Duval came by later in the day, analyzed the boiler, found the problem with the pilot tube and flame sparker. Since it was later in the day we couldn't get the needed parts. Richard was able to locate our parts the next morning, returned first thing in the morning, completed the job and we once again had heat back. Thank you Richard and Len the Plumber for fixing my boiler and not making me wait an entire week in a cold house.

Woke up to a leak with my water heater and called Len the Plumber. The person answering the phone was quick and helpful to get something scheduled. Billy (and Mike) showed up maybe an hour later and were quick to work. Billy was knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. Both were very professional and courteous and, again, quick getting the work completed. Billy also recommended having the area looked at for water damage and could make a call to get someone out. Before Billy could leave I received a call to schedule an assessment the same day. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience and Billy was great to work with. Definitely recommend and if I have to call again, I will definitely see if they could send Billy again.

I had a great experience with my HVAC technician, Richard Duvall from Len The Plumber. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit. He made sure everything that needed to be done was completed properly and even came back to follow up, which I truly appreciated. It’s hard to find such reliable and caring service these days. I highly recommend Richard to anyone needing HVAC work—excellent service all around!

Lost well power New Year's Eve due to a power surge called lend. The plumber Richard hemp come out. Looked at it. New Year's Eve repaired it New Year's Day. It's been good ever since. Great guy. Good job friendly . Oh it was snowing too

I had a tankless water heater replacement done by Will from Len the Plumber, and I couldn’t be happier. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and Will was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, worked with precision, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend Will and the team for anyone needing plumbing services!

Jim is a knowledgeable and experienced master plumber. He works quickly, effectively and neatly to diagnose and correct all plumbing problems. Most importantly he possesses outstanding communication skills. He is courteous and friendly. He listens patiently to customer complaints. He shares his diagnosis of the problem with the customer and explains the work to be performed. He clearly and thoughtfully answers customer's questions. He suggests how the customer can improve his experience with further use of plumbing facilities. Highly recommended.

Albert was very friendly and got right to the point. The job was done in a very timely and professional manner. Which is wonderful because it was the kitchen faucet so we needed it fixed asap. Thank you so much!

Dan did an incredible job. Was highly professional, patient and an outstanding plumber. Helped me diagnose low water pressure in my touch kitchen faucet that had a bad solenoid. When it was deemed this would require an ordered part and another visit, he was able to install a new replacement faucet I had at the house. The pricing did seem a little high at $675 for just the labor of the install, but labor has been going up like most expenses in the US the last year. I would think a faucet install would be more in the $175-$350 range. Since we were highly motivated to have something working today since the sink had been out of commission for a week, we just accepted the cost. I am curious how this cost would compare if shopped around. Len The Plumber has always had fair pricing in the past and have incredible technicians. Given the good people they send, I will continue to use them. Thank you Dan for doing such a wonderful job.

Brandon was friendly, professional, and thorough. He quickly identified the source of the water leak, repaired the faulty pipe fitting, shutoff valve, etc. and then made sure there were no other leaks and that the replaced parts were not leaking -- actually had to replace one flexible hose that was faulty from the factory, so good thing he was so thorough. He was happy to explain the process throughout and recommended basic cleanup measures. I couldn't be happier!

John serviced our home last week dealing with multiple plumbing issues. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficiently resolved various plumbing challenges. He also answered many questions I had and offered helpful advice for future plumbing maintenance and identified some issues we need to keep an eye on. We are grateful for his excellent work and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing work. It is clear he is an excellent professional with many years of experience that he draws from and puts into his work. 5 star service

Tre (the service technician) and Trey (the service manager on duty) were both amazing. We called on Sunday around 12:30pm because our water heater started to fail and leak in our basement. The CSR that we spoke with said that a technician would be able to be out between 2-4pm. Not long after 1pm, we received a call that Tre was on his way and he arrived around 2pm. He assessed the issue and was able to notify us of what we needed to do. He was able to get back to his workshop and then come back same day to install a new water heater for us. Both he and Trey were very communicative and clear on what cost and outlook would be, with nothing hidden or not made available up front. Throughout his work, Tre explained what was going on and then was extremely thorough in walking us through proper maintenance to our new water heater. Tre finished up later that evening and we were back online with hot water in a short amount of time upon completion. We could not be more pleased having called Len the Plumber earlier that day and being able to have them come up and service our home. Customer service was exemplary. Knowledge and work outstanding. 100% we will be making sure they are our first call in the future if we have any issues. Very happy to have made this connection.

The Len’s team was wonderful. They worked all day and did a beautiful installation of a new gas heated boiler system. They were pleasant, efficient, talked me through the features of the new system, and cleaned up the area nicely. Highest possible recommendation.

Joe and Dan did a fantastic job installing a very long gas line to a future pool heater. Thourgh, neat, and very professional. They did not mind at all with me watching them work and answering all my questions. I would not hesitate these guys doing more work in the future.

Brandon did a great job! On time and very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciated that tremendously. I'm so happy that he fixed my problem in the kitchen. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. Fixed the problem in less than a day.

These guys were fantastic. Matt was the one showed me the new system and how it would work and we ran the numbers, made me feel comfortable with the decision. Over and Alex did such a good job, and were very accommodating of my pets and space. They explained everything from top to bottom, and the work looks spectacular. If I had to do it again I'm calling them every time.
