Al from Len the Plumber did an excellent job replacing our toilet. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The installation was done efficiently and cleanly, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him.

Derrick Allender was the 2nd person to visit to provide a quote to repair or replace the sewer line. He provided multiple options and clearly explained the costs, how it would occur, what would happen to our concrete driveway, or not. We selected Len the Plumber because they were able to do the work right away, and the warranty can't be beat. They showed up, and then made a recommendation that actually lowered the price, and still preserved our driveway. Jake led the crew who were all efficient, communicative, professional, and pleasant to interact with. I recommend their service to all.

I had an emergency issue today. My sump pumps stopped working, and my basement was filled with water. I called this company, and in a matter of hours, Brandon called to say he was on his way to the rescue. I had never met this young gentleman before today. He was the most professional person that I have ever met. He answered all of my questions very courteously. He was very knowledgeable. Brandon made sure that he advised me of everything I needed to know about what he was doing and why. I am so glad that he was the one who called me back today. He was very tidy, and he made it a point to show me his completed work. I cannot emphasize enough how important it was to me that he paid attention to detail, and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. Brandon is a gem.

We recently experienced an unexpected situation with our antiquated water heater that required immediate attention. From the moment we called Len the Plumber, the representative who helped us was kind, understanding, and committed to getting someone out to us as quickly as possible. I truly appreciated that level of responsiveness.

But the real icing on the cake was our incredible plumber, Rohan.

Rohan was knowledgeable, patient, and completely transparent from the very beginning. He took the time to educate us on the type of water heater we needed and explained why an upgrade to our outdated plumbing was necessary. Although the cost was unexpected, the sincerity, professionalism, and genuine care that Rohan showed made the decision easier. We felt fully informed and confident every step of the way.

His assessment was thorough, his consultation was clear and thoughtful, and the installation of our new water heater was completed with excellence. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only knows their craft well but also prioritizes the well-being of the customer the way Rohan does.

Mohammed and James were two of the most professional and patient technicans i ever had.
I would feel confindent to recommend Len the Plumber to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Dustin did an excellent join repainted my toilet with a pressure assist toilet. And roamed the toilet flange as the one I had the opening was too small. And replaced a shower diverter. All with no leaks. Very professional

The technician that came to my location was so polite, and was faster than I thought it would take.
He did a great job, so far no problems.
If something happens I would definitely appreciate if Chance could come back.

Dale came out on New Year’s Day to replace my faulty water heater, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial service call, he clearly explained every option available, walked me through local code requirements, and provided several pricing choices without any pressure. He wasn’t pushy at all—just straightforward, honest, and clearly a master of his trade.

Throughout the job, Dale communicated with me at each step and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He also showed great respect for my home by covering his feet upon entry, and when he finished, the only sign he’d been there was a brand-new water heater that’s now fully up to code and safe.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy—highly recommend Dale.

The technician (Brandon) arrived today 12 February, to perform the work needed to be done, replace a bulb. Brandon was very personable, very polite and friendly. He did a great job, he asked if there was anything else that needed to be done and asked if I had any questions. Also, he replaced the hoses on my washing machine, which he noticed that they were bad and asked if I wanted him to change (fix) them. He also filled the tank with the neutralizer. I really appreciate that he fixed what needed to be done and do it while he was here so I didn’t have to make another appointment.

Jeff did an excellent job assessing the cause of the leak, fixing the leak, all within a timely fashion. The plumbers who were trying to install my dishwasher yesterday, they pointed it entirely wrong sections as being cause of the leak. But Jeff? He got it right, he had the hardware to fix it, he had the expertise to fix it, and he fixed it. So everything Jeff did was great.

I really wish there was a way for me to give just Jeff a five star review and give the schedulers and appointment people for Len the plumber a two-star review or lower. I made an appointment online yesterday morning, for yesterday between 2:00 and 5:00, and they ended up calling me at 5:30 to reschedule for tomorrow. That's not acceptable! Not everybody can work from home. I cannot. So I'm basically throwing vacation days down the toilet every time an organization like Len the plumber does this to me. That is very unkind of them.

Jeff is great though, he is a great plumber. I don't know about this Len fellow.

Tondalaya, the technician that came out, was great! She came promptly to assist with repairing my HVAC unit. She came out and diagnosed the issue within hours of me calling to schedule the appointment. She told me I needed a motor, which needed to be ordered and could take up to 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised when she returned the very next morning with the part and completed the work. She and everyone I interacted with was friendly and responsive. I really appreciated that especially since my hvac broke during the subzero temperatures!

However, my only issue is the service was very expensive, but to me Len the Plumber services are generally more pricey.

My technician was Willy, and he was exceptional! I have never had a service guy like this explain things so thoroughly to me. In addition to the immediate problem I called LTP to handle (a leaky toilet), Willy educated me on matters related to low water pressure and an old hot water heater. Excellent service! I will be using LTP (and requesting Willy) again.

Our tech Zach was great very knowledgeable and confident. We were without heat in 8 degree weather. Zach came out assessed the problem needed a part from supplier. He communicated what was needed and what he needed to do and he could not fix that day because of the snowstorm the supplier was closed. We asked Zach to make it at earlier as possible because we have special needs child. He deliver we’re 1st stop he communicated when he would be there and got the job done. I have used Len the plumber twice they are good company and don’t charge higher prices for off hours service like other company’s.

Fast service and reliable - Technician Will is great with communication, explanation and fast response through text. Same day service when old water heater was leaking all over basement floor. I signed up for the Len the plumber membership visit and Will found other leaks and hidden pipe damage that he then came back and fixed perfectly.

Our service man, Richard Duvall, arrived when he said he would. The furnace wasn't working and he was able to find and correct the problem in about thirty minutes. He then took time to explain what had happened and how he corrected the problem. He talked with me about how often to replace the furnace filters and also said I needed to install some CO detectors. He was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend him and Len the Plummer.

Kay and his minion were superb. Kay (spelling?) did a quick assessment Thurs, had some cross-functional engagement with the remodel dudes (lots of fun-sounding professional discussions) and he and minion arrived exactly when he said they would on Friday morning. He gave me a full run down of what they were doing and completed the job before the time he originally described, even after he had to go get an additional part. By far, he and his trainee (only using minion bc I suck at names) were the top 5% of professionals I have had in my house. Top 1% of plumbers. In addition, both men were superbly polite, considerate, and just have a great sense of humor.

Jeff was very professional and guided us through the process explaining what was needed and what options were available. His calm and friendly demeanor made this work proceed smoothly. Would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Albert provided 3 options for the repair after checking to see what was going on and I picked the cheapest which happened to match my usage of the pipe that burst. He started off by also kindly asking if I needed him to turn off the pipes direct valve to open the main valve temporarily before he did the repair which was nice.
The repair was very quick and then he walked through my main faucets in the house to make sure my water was back OK. I noticed a minor leak in a different place that he also checked out before leaving and told me that my water heater is overdue for replacing.
Overall, a better experience with Albert than my experience with the dispatch center which was frustrating because they kept promising a technician window then not updating me when things changed. When I called to inquire they gave me an attitude.

Len the Plumber has serviced us in the past and we have been satisfied with the work done. The serviceman, Len Jennings who did our service today is a fine gentleman, knowledgeable and pleasant. We were totally pleased with his quick work today.
