I reached out to All Things Air & Ice for repair on my mini fridge. We have had it for several years and it served us well. As the tech called to give his ETA he took the time to share with me his experience with my unit. His complete honesty and concern for me as a customer was great appreciated. He educated me on the best approach to take and my wife and I agreed.
Although he did not service our unit, he created a new customer because of his honesty and concern for our situation.
It is very good to find a company that really cares about people. We will definitely refer them to others and use them again!

Eddie and crew came by for a warranty repair on our refrigerator. They proactively got us an earlier appointment than originally scheduled. They were fast and responsive. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about All Things Air & Ice! I called about an issue with my Scotsman ice maker, expecting to schedule a service appointment. Instead, they immediately brought in a technician to ask a few more questions over the phone. He patiently walked me through some troubleshooting steps, and to my surprise, we were able to fix the issue right then and there, at no charge!

The entire team was courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly went above and beyond when they could have easily just scheduled a visit and charged me for a repair. Because of this experience, they have earned my trust, and I will absolutely be calling them for any future issues.

Giving a five stars!!! Our Scotsman ice maker stopped working two years ago to date. Had two other company’s come and look at it. Both saying the compressor is bad. Luckily it would have been still under warranty. However the company’s could not offer to fix it. Out of the blue on google, I found this company. Lori answered the phone- she was great, made sure the unit was covered under warranty. She said drop off anytime and we can look at it. Fast forward 8 months till I finally got the ice maker dropped off to there shop. Edward, took a look at it called me in a week, said the compressor is not the issue and all it needed was Bin control part. Replaced that and now we have ice!! 100% would re recommend this company to anyone who uses Scotsman’s ice makers and needs to have them worked on. They are the real deal!

Highly recommend All Things Air and Ice. After months of frustration with our new Scotsman under the counter nugget ice machine, we finally got the help we needed! The local appliance retail store in Wilmington, DE, ( i wont mention nor recommend and not a big box) where we bought it from, came out four times and replaced several parts but never fixed the issue.

We took matters into our own hands, and called Scotsman directly, and they recommended All Things Air & Ice. Despite the heat of the summer and their busy schedule, they came out the following day. Although it was after hours, they fit us in right before the holiday weekend when we were expecting company. The technician, Eddie, (I think that was his name) was very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and amazing to work with. He pinpointed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot. He handled everything professionally.

It was such a relief to deal with someone who truly knew what they were doing. I highly recommend All Things Air & Ice to anyone who needs expert appliance service — they went above and beyond!

It was 101 outside, 83 in my house. I called him around 2 he was at my house at 5:40 on time. My AC stop working, I didn’t know why. He fixed it for me. I was very happy an so was my family. I will let other people know about this company very happy and pleased with everything. He’s also ordered me a Fan for my old AC. Very nice and friendly. Thank you so much.

I received a phone call today stating that my part was in for my AC. They works around my schedule, very happy about that. Came out installed it, everybody was very friendly, very happy to do business with this company. Thank you again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I referred him to my mother on 07-07-2021,
because her AC stopped working. It was 85° in her house my mother and my father didn’t know what happened to their AC. They came out the same day, fixed it. They had a wonderful conversation with my mother. She enjoyed that conversation. He did a wonderful job she is very happy with his business. She doesn’t know how to leave a review so I’m doing it for her. Thank you again and I will keep referring you to everybody that I know. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called to get an estimate. I was told that it's best to find another company because they are booked, although he didn't know my timeline. Then, I was disconnected. I called back, to see why we were disconnected, and the mailbox is full. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company, and be sure to verify their license number with MHIC.

Update: Your response is incorrect. We did not discuss a price when I called. Otherwise, I would not write this negative review.

I have never seen that kind of professionalism.
Great service.. Came the same hour of my phone call, literally in 30 min. He showed in my house at 7:30pm. He was informative in explaining to me what was going in with my (motor) fan system. He took the damage piece and the next morning he was installing a new piece and repairing it. Mr. Diaz repaired my problem very quickly. Very pleased.

Diaz Heating and Cooling has done lots of work for me over the years. From new installations with all new ductwork, to replacing existing systems, running new chimney liners and service calls, they have always been a pleasure to work with.

Carlos, the owner, is professional, prompt and offers fair pricing. If you are in the market for a professional HVAC Contractor, give them a call!

Carlos Diaz is a HVAC god!! I called him and he answered right away. I told him the problem ovwe thw phone he told me to text him my address and that he would stop by when he completed his current job. Carlos and his assistant came over and within and hour fixed my burned and saved me $$$$$$$. Thank You Carlos Excellent Job

I highly recommend Diaz Heating and Cooling. I called around 345 as our house was 83 degrees inside. Mr. Diaz came over at 8pm after working a long day to ensure we had air conditioning for our baby. This team went above and beyond to help us and will do the same for you!!

Diaz heating and cooling provided our family with impeccable service. The kind of service that was standard 50 years ago! Quality bar none.

They went above and beyond by repairing the outside aesthetic of our split unit that our landlord had previously taped with duct tape. One of the men even brought our mail delivery in while the work was on going. We will continue to use this service in the coming years should we require it and recommend them to everyone and couldn’t be happier to do so!!!

I highly, highly recommend Diaz Heating and Cooling company. We spoke over the phone, I told him what I needed, & I asked for an estimate of what it would cost. He actually did so much more, in my humble opinion, but when it came down to what he charged, he did not go above his quote. Although he very well could have. He has a client in us. I thought my oil furnace needed only "simple/regular" servicing. After Carlos' inspection, he pointed out to me that my issues were beyond simple. He explained in detail to me what was causing the furnace performance issues (clogged, dirty burner, soot, etc.) and remedied them all. Since his repairs, I have noticed such a huge difference in not just how the furnace works , but also the heat in the home. I don't have to turn up the temp as high anymore. I appreciate his knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty. I highly recommend him.
