I've worked with Carlos twice in the past 3 years -- first on an emergency visit when our condenser line malfunctioned and leaked everywhere. He was able to get everything repaired quickly and properly, and replumbed the line so that the malfunction wouldn't happen again.

When we were finally ready to upgrade our HVAC filter and box this year, Carlos was my first and only call. He helped us pick a filter that would work with our specific needs, scheduled the install within 3 days, and had the job finished and cleaned up in just a couple hours.

Our heat went out unexpectedly hours before it was supposed to start snowing. I am grateful to Carlos and his helper (sorry I did not catch her name) for being responsive and coming today even though it had started snowing and was snowing while they were here. Carlos and his crew were on time and very knowledgeable. They originally came out for a free estimate for 2 ductless systems. Guided us through our decision process. They were installed in the estimated time. They cleaned up afterwards, were very courteous, helpful, explained everything. Later our house system needed maintenance. Carlos and his team were great. They replaced my outdoor AC unit. Carlos was honest and straightforward with me which was great. His team was in time, polite and did great work. Compared what they did to my next door neighbor who recently had the same work done and Carlos team definitely did a better/cleaner job.

Carlos installed a new hybrid water heater for us. The work was done quickly and professionally. Some of the plumbing was going to remain visible and Carlos did an excellent job ensuring it looked nice. I will be calling him (hopefully not too often) with all my plumbing needs. I can highly recommend him for the installation or replacement of hot water heaters.

100% recommend Carlos and his team! He is super responsive, prompt, and diligent. He came by to service our HVAC system before winter gets underway; reasonably priced and very thorough. He noticed some corroded pipe that should be replaced and made recommendations for repair. I really appreciate that Carlos is willing to let you watch him work, and he'll explain what he's doing and how you can do maintenance/cleaning safely on your own. We've had him back to repair the corroded pipe and we will certainly call him again if we have any other HVAC needs!

Carlos came to my house to check my A/C he really knows what he do Literally told me what part I needed to replace and he fixed it in 1hour for a amazing price. Highly recommend C&V Home Services for your HVAC needs. Our heater stopped working just as it was starting to get cold. We called C&V and they came out to our home on short notice. Carlos was very knowledgeable and offered great service with reasonable prices. He was able to repair our heater that moment. I requested an air conditioning diagnostic call and if needed repair services for my home’s air conditioner and compressor. I contacted C and V Home Services because they received outstanding ratings from their customers on Yelp. I contacted Carlos by phone and requested an appointment. Carlos scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. I went over the problem I was experiencing (no cold air when system was tested for upcoming season). He discussed the steps he would need to perform to identify the problem. He completed his diagnosis utilizing his tools and equipment. The system was leaking Freon from a faulty valve. Consequently, he replaced the valve and added the necessary amount of Freon. After running the system for a while the cold air was soon released and cooling my entire home. I am very pleased at the outcome of his work performance and vow to contact him in the future for any air conditioning concerns. The cost of the service was within the price range provided by internet providers. I highly recommend him!

What a great guy Carlos is. He installed the new HVAC system in my house and came straight out within the day when there was an issue. turns out it had nothing to do with what he installed, but rather the overflow pumps. He really does a great job. very friendly and the original install was very reasonably priced. It’s great to find honest tradesmen who take pride in their work. I highly recommend.

Got right to work with our annual inspection and tune-up. No upselling but did recommend an inexpensive addition to the drain system. Prices were reasonable and fair.
