I had two different companies come diagnose my hvac systems before Carlos did. One said I needed to replace my entire unit inside and out, the other said something about replacing the control board on the inside unit … Carlos came, diagnosed it, and fixed everything within an hour at a very fair price! I trust him and he’ll be my go to for anything hvac.

I used Carlos to install a new HVAC Unit in my rental unit in Beltsville Maryland. He promptly returned my call for my request for an estimate. He showed when promised and the next day provided a quote for 3 brands of HVAC equipment at 3 price points. I called Carlos and he explained the pros and cons of each of the systems. As an out of town owner, Carlos coordinated the installation of the system with my tenant. He was showed up when promised and proficiently installed the system. He was flexible, courteous and professional in dealing with my tenant and used the utmost care to protect her items and clean up after the installation. Carlos even sent a video of the completed installation and area he worked in to show off his professional work.

I highly recommend C&V Home Services. I recently experienced my 15 year old Air Conditioner unit no longer cooling my condo, after researching several HVAC companies in DC/MD/VA, I decided to give C&V a call to assess the issue. My old HVAC system experience a refrigerant leak. The HVAC used R-22 refrigerant, which has been banned and phased out in the United States. Carlos did an excellent job explaining the situation, and why a new system was required. His team was very professional and did an excellent job installing the new HVAC system and providing tips for routine maintenance. His business is very experienced and knowledgeable in their craft. While our unit hung on for as long as it could, the time finally came to replace it (hey, 26 years is a good run right?).
Our experience with Carlos was exceptional. He was able to provide us with a quick and extremely fair quote - which was awesome because our rowhouse situation was a little complicated and required the use of a crane. He coordinated the logistics of the crane and the new unit, and the replacement was seamless. By the end of the day we had a brand new unit that is cooling our house to perfection.
