The representative could not speak English well, and could not explain why they cannot replace my broken faucet. After a few attempts to explain, he said he will call back again later and never did. He also refused to simply replace broken cartridge that other plumbers do replace, and instead, required me to replace the entire faucet assembly. Perhaps they have enough other businesses and do not want small service works.

C&A we’re as professional and thorough as they come! I have been having so many problems with my water heater lately. They came out and fixed it without any problems and it has been working great ever since! If you need a plumber they are definitely the ones to talk to. 10/10

Carlos at C&A plumbing has been my plumber for 12 years. He has replaced copper pipes, a sump pump and a water heater and out side valves. He has even sent reminders for me to turn off my outside water lines in the winter. He is amazing! He has even responded when he is out of town to let me know what I can do. He also explains everything and let’s you know what you can do in order to prevent costly repairs in the future. Don’t hesitate to use his services. You will be happy.

Robert Crowell did a great job repairing our water line in 2021. The cost at that time was $3,500.

They lied about their experience and the hot water heater they installed is faulty. It was leaking all over my basement. I had to reach out to the manufacturer to get a replacement and a different plumber. What a mess

The Technicians, Luke and Chris, were polite and professional. They explained everything that they were going to do in detail and gave me additional tips to prevent the plumbing situation from occurring in the future. They did the job efficiently with no disruption to the household and that was greatly appreciated.

A R Crowell Plumbing is a company that provides an Excellent customer experience. They are very professional, are always keeping the customer updated on the status of their work order. They are prompt and courteous. They do Excellent! work. When they came to my house to do work, they always protected my carpet, furniture, walls etc., and made sure that my cat was safe and out of the way. When they finish working, they always clean up and take their trash with them. Shout out to Angie, Robert and Chris.

Called and spoke with Jorge Gomez on February 28 regarding the replacement of my 50 gal tank gas water heater. I originally reached out to my company that handles my HVAC but they no longer handle water heaters in my area. After some research came across Drain Works plumbing and heating. Jorge requested I send him pictures of my water heater. Once he received the pictures he came back with a quote. I was surprised that he was able to install the water heater the next day. I was given a window between 9 and 11am. Received a text they were on the way.
He arrived around 9 with another employee and by 1PM all was done. He would have been finished earlier if a bracket wasn’t needed from Home Depot. Jorge is very professional and you can tell he honestly cares about his work and customers. Would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs 😊

Outstanding and prompt service. I called in the early afternoon with an emergency issues, and Jorge was able to complete the work by early evening.

Update: still my go-to for all plumbing needs. A true professional.

UPDATE Aug 21 2024: Today was Sump pump install day! Jorge arrived on time , and all went well. Easy to see why neighbors in our area highly recommended him. 2 thumbs up!!

UPDATE Aug 14 2024: Jorge stopped by to look at my sump pump and explained some possible issues and then gave me a very reasonable quote to address the issues. Explained it in an easy to follow manner. Highly recommend

2nd time using Drain Works for our gas fireplace and once again great service. Prompt replies to my email, appt was easily set, the tech Jorge arrived on time and was very professional. Nice to do business with a company like Drain Works

Great service. Jorge came prepared for the job. Even when he thought the solution wasn’t possible he stayed and persisted in trying to fix the problem. He explained every step clearly and was able to drain the AC condensation pipe after figuring out a quick solution.

He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when solving the issue.

As always, Jorge was timely, and took care of the fireplace right away. It's not the best on the market (builder installed). Jorge has found a way to make it efficient, and continues to keep it going. 10/10 would recommend.

Jorge is an absolute professional! Our shower arm/shower head was bent so needed replacing. He gave us advice on purchasing and was also available as soon as the hardware arrived. We are SO happy with his work and our shower head looks and works great! The price was the best overall and we contacted a few other companies. Fair price, great service, you can't ask for anything more. I will definitely call Drain Works for all of my plumbing needs.
