I called today with concerns about my utility sink backing up. Adela answered promptly and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician arrived as scheduled, addressed all of my questions thoroughly, and provided excellent service. I will certainly be recommending All Clear to my friends and family.

About 2 weeks ago I woke up to my basement bathroom (toilet and shower) overflowing with water! And not clean water…it was nasty water! Such a horrible experience. Luckily we have a wet vac and we were able to stop the water and nothing was really damaged. This incident is actually my fault for not addressing it soon. We had similar issues in the past and would bandage it by snaking the drain but this time that did not work. So we had to call a plumber. I was referred to All Clear by my sister’s friend, who recently became a plumber himself but did not have the experience or proper equipment to help us. So we called All Clear and Brandon Anson came out for an emergency visit. We are so grateful that we got Brandon. He was so nice and explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done to address the issue. It turns out the tree roots in the front yard had clogged/blocked the sewer line. The cost to fix this hit our wallet HARD! But it had to be done. We could no longer put it off. Brandon provided us with financing options which made it possible for us to get the work done. As a woman who knows nothing about plumbing, you always wonder if people are going to give you a fair price and do an honest job. Brandon made this process so easy and had such an honest and kind spirit, that it was easy to trust him. He explained everything very thoroughly and always kept us in the loop. He initially came out on Sunday and all the work was done in just a few day. I think by Wednesday or Thursday (I can’t remember lol). Which was amazing because it was such a major project. My whole family really appreciates you Brandon! It was a rough few days without being able to flush the toilets and use water like we would normally do. Thank you for your exceptional service and kind spirit. I didn’t get the names of all the workers that helped with our project but they were all great and very efficient. All Clear - you should be proud/grateful that you have such a amazing team! 100% recommend this company.

I’m always assigned All Clear Plumbing & Drain Service for plumbing request that I make through American home shield. They always do an awesome job and I never have a problem. My technician Juan, was very professional and efficient When handling my draining issue. He was accompanied by another man, but I can’t remember his name. They both were awesome.

This was a planned water heater replacement. Team arrived on time, with advance notice. Whole job was done in about 2 1/2 hours, with all excess material removed and a clean installation

Nice people but seems to be very pricey. I needed water tank service and was charged a flat fee of $470 and it took about 45 min to finish by one serviceman. The issue was not solved and I needed to replace the unit under warranty. Their estimated cost was $4,500. Another company quoted $2,200. The Home Depot service did a great job for $1,750. I recommended to get a couple of estimate before you proceed with this company.

Juan and Amilcar performed their job successfully with installation of the Shower set, Bathtub knob including the quality fixtures. Thank you both for your excellent work. You took your time to test a few times and made sure everything worked correctly including a walk-thru with myself and mom to ensure we operate successfully.

Edited to Include Service from December 2025: We called All Clear to finish up a vanity installation and replace our kitchen faucet. Brandon came out between Christmas and New Year and did a great job. I was very pleased with how well he explained everything and how quickly he worked! All Clear will remain our go-to for any plumbing needs.

May 2025: Alan and Cody did a great job! From initial quote to installation of our hot water heater, I was impressed by their professionalism and communication. Alan made sure I understood exactly what was needed to do the job, and I never felt like I was being talked down to or treated differently because my husband wasn’t home to oversee the work. We’ll definitely be calling All Clear again for any additional plumbing work!

Allen arrived on time and was courteous with phone call updates prior to arrival and upon arrival. He also accommodated several requests and questions. He provided expert advice and had a clear understanding of industry standards and our Rheem hot water heater that we purchased through Home Depot. Once quoted and accepted, he immediately scrambled a teammate (Cody) to assist with the hot water heater install. As a team, they were expeditious while simultaneously precise in terms of detail and quality of work. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their work and they saved us from a minor crisis. I would definitely recommend this team.
