Another quick call and response from their team (same day since they were close by). This time I needed someone to take a look at the cartridge that had been installed slightly off (from myself), so I needed them to take a look at our hot water output in our shower. It took them about 1 minute to figure out the fix and it was immediately eliminated. I'm always going to reach out to them for any of my plumbing needs, big or small because they know what they're doing and have always been a great service to our area.

Jorge Gomez, what can I say he is very professional and knowledgeable about his work, plumbing and other issues related to plumbing. He diagnosed what needed to be done, got it done. And the best part of it all his price was very reasonable.

Jorge was very responsive, candid, and was happy to explain things to a lay person. He performed work with care, charged exactly what was provided in the estimate (despite a few additional steps), and even followed up to ensure everything was in good working condition later on.

Jorge did a fantastic job. He quickly came out to provide an estimate and gave me a very competative bid. He got the new tank and was out the very next morning to swap it out. He communicated his arrival time and was on time. He was courteaous, his work was high quality and he took care when removing the old tank and brining in the new one. Highly recommend!!!! Jorge is wonderful. He is punctual professional friendly worked very clean, even put on shoe covers to enter our home. Called him back next day for a new repair issue , Jorge came by 24hrs later and fixed problem. Great contractor!

Jorge came out to replace a disposal, he was so honest with me that I actually needed a cheaper fix than what I had requested! He manually got my disposal started within minutes of seeing the issue (without charging me for that more expensive service). It is so great to have a plumber you can depend on and trust!

My old water heater was biblical (22 years old). Jorge came out and offered me three options for replacement: gas, hybrid tankless, or hybrid 50 gallon of water tank. We went over the cost differentials together and the pros and cons. He was patient and made it accessible for a homeowner to understand.

Similar to the poster below me, I discovered that my water heater was 19 years old. after doing some research, and although it hadn’t leaked - I didn’t want to come home one day to a disaster in my basement. I reached out to Jorge after a few emails and he was very accommodating, able to change my request for an estimate last min, and then finding time to squeeze me in before a potential blizzard. All of this happened from the Friday of us meeting, and the replacement installed the following Wednesday).

He and Rubin replaced my water heater and my main water shut off valve which I believe was original to my home.

He was very communicative, nice and they the entire appointment ran smoothly.
