Service was bad came in and wasted hours of our time. This was for a reach in freezer with a leak. We ended up getting overcharged for something that was not fixed.

Harford Refrigeration promptly arrived and aggressively repaired our Walk-In Freezer in short order. Similar to every time we've called them for assistance. To our satisfaction each and every time.

I had contacted them for an estimate on a new HVAC unit in a property that I manage. They told me it would be a free estimate and I was very clear that the unit was dead and I needed an estimate on replacement not a service call. They sent a service tech out who said it needed to be replaced and would need someone else to look at it. Sent someone else out and have yet to send me an estimate on replacement. That was several months ago but they are able to send me a bill every month for the service call I did not ask for. I will not be paying the bill and I will never call them for anything again.

Worst response time and highest price of any HVAC I've ever tried to use. I requested a quote for a replacement of two commercial systems for my building in Rosedale. It took a month to get the quote and it was twice the price of the nearest other quote (higher by $62,000!). I followed up with questions about the quote and never even got a response.

Worst driver ever on rt 40 in a company truck cutting folks off driving crazy just to be stopped at a red light!

I own a hvac company. New manager made a mistake on a quite i drove an hour then i get there he adds 50 dollars on the price. And tells me thats what it is” thats where im at” then starts an argument with me and said to me” sorry you feel that way”

opened an account with them not to long ago and I am glad I did. I use the store in Rosedale and they have been a breeze to deal with. Customer service is great and they are always willing to help you down to the smallest details, Just got off the phone with a gentleman named Will and he was a pleasure to deal with, thanks for making things easier guys!

I own a HVAC company and spent ALOT of money at this supply house over the years….I’ll just keep it very simple the manager there is awful! Never return calls, ducks your calls, they forget to place orders and when you call to pick up your stuff….they then realize they never even order it. The counter guys are “decent” but my over all experience has put this supply house as the worst around period…

They only sell PVC by the bag; I wanted to buy (1) PVC trap and fitting; and I was told I would have to buy a bag of 12. Pretty ridiculous; and the people at the counter act like they don’t want to be there;

Trust me; just go to michels or Aireco; Unless you NEED something from York. That is the only time I’ll go there
