My tenant called me about the HVAC not working. I didn’t have a particular HVAC company so I took my chances on L.A.N.E HVAC Mechanical. DJ was professional from start to finish. He contacted me when he assessed the problem and sent me pictures. He ordered the part and came back the following day and completed the work. As a local REALTOR it's extremely important that I have reliable and professional contractors to refer my clients to when needed. When my previous HVAC contractor couldn't perform I called DJ.
