Had an emergency with my HVAC system on a sunday , contacted Eastcoast Heating & Cooling and talked to Cam the owner he assured me they would get someone out first thing .The techs Norman & Travis were extremely professional and were able to solve the issue and went above and beyond to make sure that there would be no future issues ..

Review on behalf M. Cannella. This company installed a boiler 2/22/22. Man that gave me estimate was charming but the man s word is no good. He doesn’t show up for the many followup appointments that needed to be done on boiler He didn’t put the same kind of boiler that I asked for (one like the one that was already there ). This resulted in a poor working boiler. Even his worker that came for a repair admitted that this happens at least once a year for their company. Owner has no intentions to be honorable and provide the kind of boiler that should have been provided. Problems with the boiler still persists and this owner just doesn’t care

Very pleased with East Coast’s heating and cooking’s service, as well as professionalism and friendliness of the staff! They easily could have over charged me, but I was happily surprised to find out the total was much less than I anticipated. They worked diligently, and were able to get the part I needed the same day. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

This company is very professional. High quality work with great pricing. Very fast and clean work. They took less than a few hours to uninstall my furnace and AC unit and then reinstall a new system, test and clean up after. I highly recommend their services!

I contacted East Coast Heating and Cooling to do an ac tune up on my 2 units. The units are only 7 years old and this summer appeared to be having a tough time cooling the house. Grant this was a hot summer. Norm the technician came out and was very courteous and friendly. He checked out units and the inside units were fine. He discovered that the outside condenser units were heavily clogged by grass clippings. While this was dumb on my part, I never thought about turning off the units when I cut the grass. Needless to say the grass clipping got sucked into the unit and over time made it difficult to pass air though them.

First off just want to say how quickly they showed up at our house to repair the A/C unit, we called and within an hr they were there to get us up and running before the mid day heat arrived. Great customer service and very down to earth. Explained what was causing the issues and they have great pricing. Definitely look out for the little people. Can’t recommend them enough. A+++

These guys stayed as late as the needed, to complete a big job. Ran all new lines and electric to a different area than the old system. Great job and great looking work! On one of the hottest days of this summer these guys got the job done. Cameron stayed in contact to make sure me and my family were comfortable and the job was going well. Highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC needs.

I've called Cam and East Coast Heating and Cooling twice now when my HVAC system had failed, and both times he was able to send his guys out SAME DAY and fix the problem for a reasonable price. This last time it was in the 90's outside, and another large, reputable, company said I'd have to wait a week. I also like his technicians - quality work and they didn't pressure me to buy a new system.

Cam did a great job of assessing our HVAC issues and offered several fix options at various costs. He clearly knows the equipment and the industry and is very fair and competitive on pricing. I will call East Coast before any other company.
