We had a furnace that wasn't staying lit. I had replaced the flame sensor several times to no avail. Dave came in and saw that the flame sensor was the wrong size and put in the original sensor, retested it and found that a 9 pin plug was not plugged in all the way. Once he did that, problem solved. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend this company. I can't tell you how many people I had to come and diagnose it. And EVERY one of them missed that 9 pin plug and wanted to charge thousands of dollars to fix it. Thanks again, they even told me where I could get another flame sensor if I needed one and gave me the part number. AAA+ Service.

Technicians Ronnie and Chase showed up on time & went right to work. They kept their work area neat and organized. I'm very happy with the service/project of replacing my oil furnace with a new unit.

We recently had our hot water heater replaced and are very pleased with the service we received. Scheduling was very convenient, and we were quoted a fair price for the service. Ron was very professional and the install was quick and clean. They replaced our HVAC unit a few years back and we’re very happy returning customers.

When we needed help from an HVAC company, Green Comfort came through. We have used them in the past with wonderful satisfaction. We decided to add a new A/C unit, along with a hot water heater with the new furnace. There were incentives that really helped the final cost.

Last but certainly not least, "Robert" and "Chase", the two gentlemen who installed all three units were absolutely the nicest, most respectful fellows we could have asked for. They arrived on time, kept us informed of their progress, answered all questions, and cleaned up everything after the job was completed.

If you're in need of anything HVAC and pass Green Comfort by, you missed the boat sister!

One more thing, Rhonda (office/finance lady) is sooo nice and works with you every step of the way.

🎉 Kyle, the president of the company, came to my home, and I explained exactly what I wanted in my new heating and air unit. He really listened and delivered everything I was looking for. I also mentioned that the bedrooms were different temperatures, and he solved the problem by having his team install vents in each room. He’s extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

🎉 Ron, the installation manager, and his team did an amazing job with the installation. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Ron took the time to explain how the new system works and helped me install the app on my iPhone.

Other companies didn’t take the time to listen to my needs or concerns—they just were focused on making a quick sale.

Dave was great.. he was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable . Our house was59° all last week. When he was finished the furnace was running and now it's 68° and warm🤗 He has to order another part and will be back next week to complete the job!

11/17/25 Once again we have to give Dave a 10+ rating. He Does deliver top notch service! He is so patient and relentless to fix the problem. He is so pleasant and explains everything. He's been here several times to make sure our furnace runs efficiently to save us money.

I really never write reviews but I felt like it was a must I write about my experience with Green Comfort Systems. My HVAC was failing, furnace from 2009 frankensteined together and and ac unit that was just put in the worst possible way. I reached out to Green Comfort Systems and spoke to Rhonda who was so prompt and understood my frustrations and urgency to get this done and scheduled Kyle to come out to take a look at my system and quote me a new one the next day. Kyle arrived and we had a great conversation on my options, never at any moment felt pressured or like he was swaying me to go with a certain option he gave me my choices told me what he thought about each and that was it. After doing research I settled on the new Variable Speed inverter system and it couldn't have been a better choice. Rob and Chase came to install the system and their work looks phenomenal they kept me updated every step of the way and their teamwork made the job go by super quick. they also walked me through the completed job and assisted with setting up the thermostat on my phone. I can't begin to say how grateful I am for the entire team that assisted in this process Green Comfort has a customer for life THANK YOU Kyle, Rhonda, Rob & Chase!!

This is a top-notch company to deal with: from the staff who answers the phone and makes the appointments. To the techs and mechanics who come and do the work. They are knowledgeable and courteous. They are willing to work after hours and have a tech on call. I would recommend anyone to use their service. Thank you for you great work.

I had Dave come out for an emergency visit today, my heat pump has been having issues and today just completely was shut off - leaving me with no heat running. He was extremely responsive, arrived on time, and quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. He stayed to ensure everything worked properly AND even caught another issue with our unit that we had thought was fixed prior to buying the home, but was not. He was extremely thorough and friendly. I signed up for their maintenance service on the spot and will be having Dave come do work on my boiler to get that running next too! Cannot say enough good things, and they saved me right before this crazy weather this weekend. Highly recommend!!
