Our heat pump died but we only needed one estimate~~Cameron impressed us right away with his knowledge-base and attention to detail! So, given what we paid 20yrs ago for just the outside unit, we felt very comfortable with him & his estimate. Despite waiting about a month to proceed, Cameron recalled everything about my husband& I which meant a lot, impressing us further! Sure, he wanted our business but it showed a level of respect that seems to be getting more&more rare! He was able to get us scheduled within days and completed the installation in 6 hours with the utmost professionalism from his employees and superior workmanship while ensuring our satisfaction! We were very pleased that he used an American-brand and they're close-by should we ever need parts. We had an unfortunate situation occur Re: our down-payment, something that wasn't our fault but still very frustrating! Cameron handled it with such patience & understanding~he kept in touch as it all transpired to ensure that I was doing ok because he knew how upset I was regardless of 'fault'! Cameron is an all-around good guy that we had the pleasure of doing business and would absolutely recommend East Coast Heating & Cooling:)

Excellent same day service. Cameron stayed in touch with me several times during the day, until the tech arrived. The tech was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I would highly recommend East Coast Heating and Cooling!! I had an excellent experience with East Coast Heating % Cooling: we had a complex project to replace an oil burned with heat pumps and ECHC did a great job on planning and execution. Great design and great execution.

When my 81yr old Mom's 2 air conditioning units stopped functioning on the hottest day of the summer, 2023, Cameron personally came to her home to schedule a date to fix it.
The professionalism that Cameron & his
employees showed went above & beyond.
They installed a new unit for heat, replaced 2 new outdoor ac units, new heating/air system in attic and ran a new line outside for water from ac to run away from home.
The estimate/bill was reasonable considering the amount of time/
work needed to do job.
I recommend
Eastcoast Heating and Air for any service needed on heat/ac.
If I personally need them this will be the only company I will call.

I can't say enough about Cam and his team. They have helped me a number of times over the past several years and it has been great. They are responsive, professional, thorough and friendly. Recently, I had an AC issue and Cam was able to get a tech to my within 24 hours even though he was on vacation. Great service!. Thanks to East Coast!

Such is life coldest night of the year and the Heat decides to go on vacation. Lucky for us even on a holiday East Coast was not on vacation. Great service quick response fair price and open communication. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs.

Service tech Matt came out in less than 24 hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. His sharp eyes found a wire that had insulation worn away due to the vibration of the fan motor which caused a short and fuse to blow. He got us back up a running in just a matter of minutes. Great job!!!

Our heat was not working. We called a local company, East Coast Heating and Cooling.
We were able to get an appointment NEXT DAY !
Our Tech Matt was right on time, and he fixed our heat in a few hours.

They did a great job of installing ductwork for my new air conditioning. Very professional. The ductwork was hidden away nicely in my 1928 home.

Great service. Had an emergency with my home heat and they fixed it the same day.

We were having consistent issues with our unit for about 4 years. Our previous heating and cooling company wouldn't take the time to figure it out and they were the ones who installed it.
We called East Coast Heating and Cooling and they figured out what was going on. From the minute we called to the end of the job they were so kind and professional. I will recommend them to anyone and know that they will take care of it.

I was recently given a misdiagnosis by a very reputable bigger oil company who serviced my oil furnace and I called East Coast and from the moment I spoke with service manager Greyson who assured me they would have a tech in my house first thing the next morning before 8am and they did, Matt came in and diagnosed what I had been told by other big Company and they where wrong!! he also completely serviced my oil furnace and completely cleaned things the other Company never touched and Matt informed me that this is normal practice with East Coast. I cancelled my service with the other big Company and will be with East Coast from now on!! Thanks again for all your help and support.

Grayson and his team are truly fantastic. Thoughtful, transparent, easy to work with, best pricing and best unit compared to 2 other HVAC companies I went to before I consulted these guys, highly recommend!

The service from East Coast Heating and Cooling was fantastic! Grayson was quick to reply to my request for service and even came out the morning of New Year's Eve to fix my issue and make sure I could got my heat restored. He was very friendly, explained what was happening as he worked on my gas valve, and even did maintenance on my heater while he was at it. All for a reasonable price - very impressed!

Just had these guys replace my external AC unit, interior AC coil and furnace. From diagnosis to install the entire crew was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. These guys know their stuff and do quality work at a respectable price. I would highly recommend them.

East Coast replaced my entire system 5 years ago, after an i Coil was determined faulty by general design from the previous unit. I've not had a single issue with the system or it's efficiency. And when a problem did arise, we found the culprit to be ants, not craftsmanship. Arrived on time, and effectively diagnosed the issue and had a part delivered, installed and we were done. 40 mins. East Coast Heating and Cooling are Saluted , 💯.

Such a little issue sure caused a huge problem! Coldest night in years and on a holiday the heat shut down. East Coast was quickly able to get us a temporary solution til morning when part distributors reopened. Quick confident service with a fair price.
