Green Comfort Solutions installed a new heat pump with backup gas furnace for us. Time from receiving the estimate to having the system up and running was under 2 weeks. The work crew arrived on schedule. They worked hard, they were polite, they cleaned up after themselves (inside and out) and the job was completed in the schedule time frame (2 days). Robb was able to answer all our questions. He put up with us as we "ganged up" on him with questions regarding the thermostat and it's various configurations. The office staff (Rhonda) was extremely helpful, especially with the financing. I think she showed remarkable patience with me.

Green Comfort Systems was recommended to me from a friend. They did an awesome job from the initial consult to the install. I spoke with multiple contractors and GCS was the only one to show me a wide range of quotes with the various models on the market and what to expect from each at their different price points. The install from Rob & Will was very professional and they walked me through using the system and routine maintenance items to address.

Overall, competitive price, great communication, great install. I'd highly recommend.

This company is outstanding! I accepted an estimate for a new AC unit on Friday 8/8. They scheduled me for install on 8/18. They brought me portable ac units to use until they could complete the install. I asked to be put in the cancellation list and by Saturday 8/9 I had a new ac unit. Everyone was so personable and professional. The install team walked us through and educated us on the new system. They cleaned up and left everything as it was upon their arrival. I will definitely recommend Kyle and his company to all my friends/family.

Had our A/C stop working on a Sunday, and couldn’t get our usual company to come out until Tuesday. Decided to try Green Comfort in a panic to try and find someone to come out on a hot July Sunday, and gave them a call. Spencer came out within an hour of our call and got to work. Turns out our capacitor was in need of replacement as well as a loose switch. Spencer was very friendly and competent, and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. Pricing was very fair. We were very happy with the service provided and decided to sign up for their annual service plan and cancel ours with our other company as a result. Look forward to working with Green Comfort moving forward. Kudos to Spencer.

Ron and his crew were amazing during the installed, respectable and professional. My whole family was home during the all day install. The stellar reviews are justified!!

Can’t say enough good things about this team.

Worked with Kyle, the owner, on an ideal and low cost AC / heat pump system to replace my 24 year old system. I am a bit of a home efficiency nerd and care a lot about reducing my emissions and Kyle was very patient with me and got creative, finding a cheap way to add fresh air intake to the proposal to help keep CO2 levels low in the home. He also helped work with an Aeroseal contractor and agreed to install my new heat pump water heater on the same day as installation so I could decommission natural gas entirely. The day I was going to sign my estimate he called me and told me to wait because he found a new rebate program he thought I would qualify for. I did qualify for it and saved even more money.

The install went great. There were several challenges and surprises, as you’d expect, but the team (team leader is Ron, but all the guys were really great) got creative and found solutions. They left the work area tidy between the two days of installation and after.

And now, I have a system I absolutely love. We just had an insane heat wave in Maryland and the Goodman Side Discharge unit with a variable speed compressor and air handler is 100% the way to go. My energy costs have remained low, the house’s humidity is well controlled, and overall comfort is superb.

If you can’t tell, I’m a huge fan of their work and their character and recommend working with them to anyone and everyone.

The work required some technical expertise that other companies I interviewed did not give me confidence they could handle. Green Comfort Systems is a business that other companies should emulate, and a company that customers can whole heartedly trust. Though my experience had some issues, communication was never lacking, and their commitment to their craft and customer service is superb. The team members that make up the company was very professional from start to finish. This includes secretary Rhonda, Technicians Ron and Spencer, and even their President Kyle.

I had to get my AC unit replaced. Technician/ Salesman Ron was great and presented me with good, better, and best options. The day of the install Spence and Ron arrived promptly, did their work, and cleaned up after the job was done. I had some concerns afterwards concerning the thermostat and equipment but was quickly addressed in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with their commitment to providing a high level of service from start to finish. They have definitely won over a customer for life.

We recently had our hvac system replaced by the team at green comfort systems. Thanks to rob, will, ron, kyle, and whoever else I’m missing. We are very pleased with everything and happy we chose this company.

We recently did a complete home remodel and our contractors hired Green Conform Systems to install the new HVAC systems. While the new system works well and I've no complaints in that regard, the gentlemen who did the install left my basement a complete disaster. A month after the install I finally went down there myself to throw out 4 bags of fiberglass insulation scraps that had been left there, and I am still finding it in the nooks and crannies. It's like they hid it down there just to annoy me. They also left a truly insane amount of unused metal ductwork just laying on the floor.

Trust is everything, knowing that you work with a team of individuals and ho are honest, reasonable in price and provide great service which put you at ease , that is when you partner with Green Comfort Systems. And to top it off, they are local business that we have to support .

Kyle took the time to come on a Saturday to give me a quote and was able to schedule me for the following Tuesday which was good since my heat was down. His installers did a good job and pricing was reasonable. All in all so far I am happy with everything.

Came home to a weak a/c and was able to get after hours service that day. The technician Spencer was highly knowledgeable and displayed top notch service from start to finish. Extremely glad I came across their company. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or a/c service.
