Called and spoke to Shannon whom I believe to be the service manager for my restaurant. I was told that they would have a refrigeration tech at my location within 2 hours as the temperatures were increasing in the freezer. After 3 hours, continued to call for an eta and kept getting the run around. After 7 hours a "drunk" technician showed up. Needless to say we lost most of our product and had to get another company out.

I tried calling 10 times the emergency number to help with my walk in cooler for my business. For an emergency number I cannot believe how the person hung up and did not take my call or answer my text. This is unprofessional and shows how unreliable this business can be.

A great company that will take care of your needs with heating and air conditioning. They will come to investigate the situation, explain the issue, and find a solution. We had a leak from our water heater and came in to replace the whole tank and put it all together. Highly recommend.

We came home from our wedding to a 82 degree house and broken AC! Jim and his daughter responded so quickly and were at our home in Towson in less than 2 hours and we were up and running within 30 minutes of their arrival. They were kind, professional, honest, and we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Jim has been there for me on two occasions very recently when no one else could make it happen and HE DID! One was for a Commercial application and the other was for my wife and I’s home in a serious pinch that he got us out of. Great guy to speak with about everything you need to know about the Heating and A/C Industry and just overall pleasant to talk with about anything while we wait for the units to run checks, diagnostics, unit start up, waiting for delivery of parts, etc. Thank you Jim for being there for us and to anyone reading this review I would highly recommend calling Jim for your next job Commercial and Residential alike. Our furnace gave out right after Thansksgiving. Jim came out the same day I called and got it going. We made plans to replace it, but when it gave out again last week with the cold snap, he was right back in our basement getting it chugging along for another couple days until a new one could be ordered. We just got the new one installed: Jim and his daughter got it replaced, installed a new thermostat, and rewired a bunch of hvac that had been done poorly before, and cleaned everything up when they were done. They went above and beyond just replacing our thermostat and replaced our duct work and made sure we have a system that works in the space we have.

The furnace busted because of poor hvac work done several years ago, and now my family is warm thanks to Jim's hard work and expertise.
