Good service, quick and informative.
Ben, the technician who clean our ducts was very pleasant and did what was contracted to do. He pointed out a few areas of concern but was not product pushing. He wore a mask the whole time he was inside and cleaned after himself.

Ben came same day and fixed our dryer vent issue. He did a great job and was very professional. Highly recommend this company.

Star Quality did an excellent job with the cleaning. The previous air duct cleaners I've had never cleaned the outside vents because "it wasn't necessary." He showed me how much lint had accumulated since they never cleaned it. Job was done with great detail. Highly recommend.

I’ve been remodeling my home and was looking for the right company to clean my air ducts and evaluate my HVAC system and I was very fortunate to find Star Quality. I first met Ben who came to do an initial evaluation and I was extremely impressed and very pleased with not only his professionalism, but his knowledge and kindness. I felt very confident with them providing services in my home. He was very efficient in making sure all was done properly and in a timely manner. He came the next time with Simon, who I was equally impressed with and cleaned everything to perfection. They took their time to do a thorough job, answer questions, and make sure we knew what was being done every step of the way! I will without hesitation recommend this company and two young men. If I need anything done in the future I will definitely use this company and preferably only work with Ben and Simon!!! I wish other businesses had employees like them. Star Quality’s name reflects their services and if I could give more stars I would!

Zach from Star Quality Air Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job at cleaning out our HVAC and Dryer Ducts. He arrived on time and even announced when he’d get there prior to his arrival, communicated what he was doing every step of the way, maintained friendly demeanor and gave us advice on how to maintain our HVAC and Laundry units. He also took Before & After pictures for us to see what he had done. Highly recommend their service, especially if it’s Zach.

Ben is very professional and thorough. He is also organized. Despite the dirty work he is doing, he keeps all the spaces he is working in looking clean. I have recommended him to my friends and will hire him again in the future.

I called them for a dryer vent cleaning and they were able to accomodate me so fast! I had called another company before who came in and said they couldn’t do it, that they would call me back because the driveway was not making it easy to put the ladder.. of course they never did.. These guys however came on time and so ready to problem solve! We got the ladder in and all the cleaning was done in less than 1hr. Would def call them again, great service!

I had a horrible experience with this company. They cleaned my air ducts, which involved taking apart my HVAC system, and shortly after leaving my house I noticed that the AC had stopped working. This occurred on a day this summer where the air temperature reached 100 degrees. After realizing the AC stopped working, I called the owner back and he immediately had the same employee return to my house to attempt to fix it, which gave me some initial hope. Unfortunately, the employee was not a technician so he had no idea what was wrong and continuously denied he had anything to do with why the AC stopped working. I finally had to ask him to leave my house. Then I called the owner back and asked for a refund- he refused until I said I was going to leave a bad review online at which point he agreed to refund the $200 I spent. The following day a technician I hired discovered that the star quality employee had blown a fuse in the HVAC system. I shared this with the star quality owner who continued to deny they had anything to do with it, sending me google search results with other explanations for how a HVAC fuse can blow! So insulting. Their customer service is nonexistent if you run into an issue like this. They could have saved themselves a bad online review had they simply apologized and taken ownership of the problem they undoubtedly caused. Stay away!

I recently used Star Quality Inc and my experience with their tech named Ben was 5 stars across the board. Professional, on time and making sure our needs were met before leaving our home. Ben showed up before my scheduled appointment. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what he was going to do and when he ran into an issue, he explained what he found wrong and recommended what should be done to fix the issue. He was very thorough and I would use their services again! I highly recommend them!

Ben was very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing. My dryer vent was a little challenging but he got the job done! I will be contacting Star Quality in 2 years to re-clean my dryer ductwork b/c that's what's recommended.
