An amazing company Mike and Issac were professional, kind, and efficient. The ducts were very dusty they cleaned everything up, sat down with me about the sad state of the furnace they gave me an estimate for the mold and dusty on the inside of it, however the furnace is very old so I am gonna replace the furnace. They found an old cigarette pack in the vents, which our family found hilarious.
Helen the nice lady that scheduled my appointment was very helpful. She sent me the packages they had so I could read it from my phone, then she went through and explained the process, and answered all my questions.
I will be using this company again. They were cheaper than Stanley and did not waste my time with in homes estimates, and did not try to do a price markup which surprised me. Thank you so much.

David and his team were amazing! My dryer haven’t been able to complete it’s drying cycle because of a potential blockage in my dryer duct vent. After 5 companies telling me they were not able to clean my dryer duct, David saved the day. He was able to see that a bird had built a nest in my vent, cleaned it out, treated it and now my dryer is back working properly. Thanks to David and his team. I will definitely recommend them for any duct cleaning services!

This company was very easy to work with and got us scheduled quickly. Isaac was on time, friendly, and very professional. He showed us before and after pictures of our vents so we could see all the work they were doing. We are very happy with the job they did and will 100% be using them again and recommending to our friends!

Yesterday was my 1st time using Pure Air Duct Cleaning Services. I selected them due to their high ratings and positive feedback. Upon calling, I was impressed with thr level of customer service and friendliness of Helen (who scheduled my appt.).

Despite having a schedule mix-up that impacted my service date, I was pleased by the company's prompt response to the matter. David and his team arrived in time, explained what I should expect and promptly began work. I appreciated David's professionalism, and knowledge about an issue that was discovered while performing the work. Overall, Pure Air is well worth the investment and we plan to use their services in the future.

Update: Spoke with Mike who did my service this past weekend and did a great job cleaning 35 years worth of dirt due to previous tenants. Informed me of the package $399 which is great considering this is my first home. Service was about 1.5 hours long and he showed us the dirty ducts before he cleaned them all. Mike also gave me some tips on how to handle my corroded ducts which is appreciated. Would recommend his service to anyone.

David and his team did great work on our house in Kensington, MD. We ended up needing a more intensive cleaning and he helped me understand a few options. I ended up a bit confused after everything was done and David, Nadine, and the woman on the central office line were very helping in sorting everything out!

Dave and his crew came to my house to clean up the vents and the HVAC system. They were quick, thorough and did a wonderful job!

I had scheduled this company for Wednesday
morning. They called to say that the technician's had car issues and wouldn't be able to make it and that they will send someone else. They arrived and did a minimal inspection then informed me that the vent cleaning, dryer vent and intake and returns were all separate prices. And wanted to charge me $700 to complete the job. If you advertise one price but when you arrive at the home, there is a completely different price. That is bait and switch. I don't like to be conned into getting services done that I don't need. I didn't get a picture of my before and after vent cleaning. I would not use this company again!!

I would like to mention how awesome David and his team did on our complete Hvac duct and vent cleaning. They also clean our blower and did more duct work. I would recommend them to anybody that need service. They were on time, they make sure they explain what they was going to do when they arrive, did above and beyond their task of work and was very polite. I would call them for my next service next year. Amazing job David and your team. Thank you.

cheap price and cheap service! these guys did not want to use a ladder to clean the registers on the ceiling. They pulled a 200-pound vacuum into my house and damaged my slide door frame. Why did not they have a long vent pipe connecting the vacuum from outside of my house to the gas furnace in the house? They did not clean my dry vent as well even I asked it many times. The total cleaning job for 22 air duct registers was finished within a hour.

The team performed in a professional manner (December 22, 2024). They did not try to sell us services we did not contract for. They cleaned up after themselves even the outside. Also, customer service was excellent and professional. Look forward to working together in the present future

David and his team were amazing to work with. We had issues with a/c not coming out of certain vents. They spent the entire day cleaning our ducts, reconnecting pipes, and troubleshooting. David made sure everything was working the way it should before he went and he went out of his way to help us with our house. Very professional, and personable, and he showed me everything that needed to be fixed, why, and went through showing me what they did fix and clean. His team was courteous and efficient. We are definitely going to hire them back in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Tony and his helper did a good job. Very nice and respectful. Seemed like there was some false Advertisment. The original quote I was given for the package I wanted was $399. Turns out it’s actually $799. Not sure if labor was included with that quote but that’s the price I ended up paying.
